Mike's team re-stumped the front three rooms of our house having to work around a Telstra team digging up the footpath in the street, finding additional work that needed doing and our painters while we were interstate. Contacted Mike regarding re-stumping our house, he is responsive and knowledgeable. We were informed prior to the commencement of the job about the possibility of wall fractures and damaged tiles as a result of the property being renovated lately. Mike was able to level our house to over 90% with minimal damage to the walls and floors. Mike and his crew are a pleasure to work with, and they leave no mess behind. I contacted a number of companies to restump and level my house but none compared to Mike and his team. Upon quoting the job they measured the variance in level with their gadgets and actually got their hands dirty. No other company took the time to work out the requirements of the job and didn't even bother to measure. Mike was upfront and honest about the process and was able to level my house perfectly. I am really happy with the outcome and would recommend them.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job underpinning and restumping my home for a basement. During the whole process Mike kept in touch telling us what was being done and the job was completed on time and on budget. The workers were very polite and extremely clean making sure the property was kept clean during and on completion of works.

After getting a much cheaper quote elsewhere, I found Mike and khoder were very professional and not pushy. They waited until I called them back, (I was waiting for termites to die first).

My investment unit had to be jacked and packed.
I was so shocked to see how much my property had dropped.
Michael and the team assured me that this wasn’t nothing to worry about and the issue will be fixed.
They arrived in time if anything they arrived two days early as they new I could not rent the property the way it was.

Awsome work! Mike and his team completed job at an exceptional standard. I have done restumping whole house and eight underpinnings as my house is subsiding. The leveling of the house is perfect after the work. Mike is very through and always listen the customer. Never had a issue with communication at all. He provided all certifications of the works and the price was very reasonable. I felt that they are very passionate about the job they are doing and

Mike and his team were great to work with. They jacked & packed our old weatherboard to bring it back to level and put a few stumps in as well. Quality work and would recommend!
