Perfect Blinds

We have been very happy with the service from Perfect Blinds since they installed window coverings in 2009 and attended promptly to minor problems subsequently.

Perfect Blinds installed my shutters 9 years ago and l couldn’t have been happier with the service from all the team. A few months ago l decided to sell the house and a few pins had broken so l called the team and they sent out their repair man to fix in a matter of minutes. It wasn’t under warranty due to the time passed but as it was so quick and easy they didn’t charge but it made my shutters perfect for house inspections. I thought this was very kind of them.

We are really happy with our new blinds. They look great and I particularly like having them motorised. And the extra device that allows us to use my phone to control them is wonderful. No more looking for a remote! And the ability to program schedules for their automatic opening and closing is soooo good.

We will be getting a new sofa soon, so the ability to have the blinds to go down in the morning when they will get direct sunlight, then up around lunchtime will help prevent fading/sun damage.

Suzi visited our place twice to help with our choices. We really appreciated her opinions and ideas. And their prices were the best.

We will recommend them to any of our friends who are looking for blinds.

I needed 3 blinds replaced urgently before selling a property and the team at Perfect blinds was able to assist. The blinds were measured up, manufactured and installed in under 2 weeks. They look great to. Thanks again to Yaz for organising so we could meet the photography deadline and not delay the sale of our property.

Very poor customer service. I had a complex wholesale order which they refused to even provide a quote on. Was expecting better based on the other reviews.

We have installed plantation shutters and roller blinds with some motorised rollers.
Great product and very cost effective blinds with plenty of options to suite our budget.
I highly recommend this company for your any window furnishings.

We had two large folding arm awnings installed several years ago by Perfect Blinds. They look great, are well made and from memory were the best price compared to other quotes we received from similar reputable companies.
Several weeks ago and despite having a wind sensor a freak gust of wind ripped one of the awnings from the arms before they had time to retract. It was no one’s fault really just Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Despite being a Friday afternoon as soon as I called the office they reassured me this would be covered under warranty and not to worry. I can’t remember the girls name in the office, I think it was Ashley or Amber (sorry) but she was great. She got back to me first thing Monday and sent a technician to have a look the same day. I never had to call them and she let me know what was going on and how long it would take to repair and kept me up to date. True to her word once the new beam had been made by the manufacturer two weeks later it was very quickly fixed/reinstalled. After sales care to me is very important and what sets apart good business’s from poor ones, these guys got it spot on! Thanks and would definitely recommend.

3 major problems with this company.
1. My mother rang to get a measure and quote and was talked to really rudely from the admin.
2 They sent out a rep who would not explain the products prop which left me really confused but the rep was to busy saying she was late for her next appointment.
3. When receiving the quote they def had the highest prices across the board when it comes to the blind companies we have already received quotes from. The rep said it's because it's all made there in the factory and all Australian made fabrics.
Would not recommend this company. The bad reviews are all correct by the sounds of it. Save yourself some money and go else where.
