Perfect Australian Wardrobes & Shower Screens

Had an appt with Nathan at 8am today to come and measure and provide a quote for new wardrobe wooden doors. Didn't turn up and no phone call advising he couldn't make it today.

We have recently had Perfect Australian wardrobes complete a built in wardrobe for us and we are extremely happy with the result. The quality of the finished work is excellent and the price quoted was exceptional value! We would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

Six to eight months ago got a quote prepared by Nathan, very reasonable and we were thinking of going ahead with it until and unexpected expense came up. Anyway about a month ago we were in position to get it done, rang Nathan and he assured me he would look up the old quote and reassess and get back to me. About 10 days went by and heard nothing so rang again, Oh there was some hold up with the girls in the office but again assured me he would be back in touch. You guessed it not a word, so we conclude from this that they dont give a stuff. Nil care factor.

About a month ago I had their rep out to do a quote for a custom design in my walk in robe as per my design, he told me it couldn't be done unless we demolished the existing shelf, changed the design and started again, I said no thanks and called someone else and got what I wanted straight away with no problems, I felt like they were trying to rip me off and only wanted to do it their way, I would not go near them again if you paid me too, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM

I had my built in robe and Entertainment wall unit built by perfect Australian wardrobe. I am really pleased with the outcome and the work done is 5star rating. Very professional and friendly people.

Install is exactly what I had in mind, and super cost effective (not much more than getting the modules from Bunnings!). Looks beautiful, works well.

We were moving and wanted to finish the new house ASAP and they managed to get the install done within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry! Measurer and installer showed up on time and were very friendly.

I had 2 wardrobes fitted out competently but unfortunately thats where the positives finished. When quoting it was not pointed out that they would charge for removal of old shelves so when we received a bill for 15 minutes work for $240 I was not impressed. They put the rubbish into the middle of the driveway, and didn't actually take it away so I asked my son to put it onto the front lawn. I noticed 2 flat rear tyres on my wife car so I checked the driveway and found 10 nails. I guess you could argue that my son should have found and removed them but if common sense had prevailed they would not have been put there in the first place by the unthinking tradesman. So another $290 out of pocket! I rang to voice my disappointment and was assured by the receptionist that the boss would call me back, that was 6 weeks ago, care factor zero. Keep away from these cowboys.

We have had 2 wardrobes installed at different times in our house and have been happy with price and workmanship. Salespeople and installers have arrived on time and been polite and professional. Would recommend!

I called to make an appointment and politely asked if they would travel to my location since they were recommended by a client. The lady mentioned that someone would be in the area the next day and would call me to carry out a measure and quote. No one called and when I called back to see if they were still coming, they didn't even have the courtesy to explain why the appointment would not take place. I cannot understand if you are in the area, why don't you kill 2 birds with the same stone and provide what you clearly advertise on your website as FREE MEASURE AND QUOTE.
Don't even bother!
