Cant believe how this company exists, been waiting for a damaged window to be fixed for 18 months no communication and they have been out numerous times and said the size was wrong and the glass had to be re ordered numerous times. I will be contacting the VBA.

Perception Windows supplied and installed 4 large double glazed sliding windows at our home on the recommendation of a neighbour.
The customer service of this business is off is the best I have seen. From the initial call to the office to eventual delivery and installation of the windows every staff member was exceptional.

Darryl who measured the replacement windows and installed them when they arrived was not only extremely particular with his work he was honest, down to earth and would go above and beyond to make sure they job was done the way I wanted it.

When there was a slight issue with the windows Amanda in the office quickly resolved it and kept me in the loop with updates as they became available. She even provided me with her direct line should I have any other questions.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend a friend or family member use them.

Not sure how this company is getting good reviews! I live in a building of 112 apartments (for which they supplied and installed the windows) and from what I know 10-20% have had serious leaking problems, to the extent that some brand new apartments had to have their timber floors ripped up due to damage and lived with concrete floors for over 6 months before it was rectified. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a window in my bedroom and glass sliding doors and both have leaked. The doors were fixed by the builder, but the bedroom window needs to be rectified by Perception Windows. They have been evasive to the builder and refusing the fix their defects, which the builder said is happening across a number of their projects. The leak in my bedroom has caused mould to my underlay and carpet so it is a health hazard and is meant to be deemed urgent, but for months now they have ignored it. In the meantime I have holes cut out of my plaster and am concerned for my respiratory health as I am also an asthmatic. This company is as dodgy as you get, and I would avoid them like the plague. I am about to lodge a formal complaint with the VBA to try and force some action. Horrible business with apathetic management.

Daryl was courteous, thorough and flexible in his manner and delivery of the windows. His team were the same. Nothing but beyond brilliant. My husband and I are so happy with the windows and how they’ve transformed our home.

I used Perception Windows in Hallam. No affiliation, used them for my build 10 years ago and they are great double glazed windows & doors. The sales charged a good price and the quality has been great so far. All windows were made to order (Non-standard size). Don't know what their pricing is like now, worth checking.

Installation of glass in frames is poor.double glazed windows have the soft side of toughened on the outer of both panes of glass.cannot scrap or clean properly.scraper will scratch the soft side due to the toughening process.why not put this on the internal sides to prevent easy damage to your glass‍️

I purchased full set of 7 x replacement panels for my new home as I wanted double glazing and chose a direct replacement from them (to replace their existing single glaze panels), I also requested fly screens added to my home.

The order for the panels was delayed for 1 month longer than i was promised, I was required to pay the balance in full before delivery of the doors and before the installation.

The doors had to be cut by hand due to some measurement issue (there own frames) and then I had to follow up for 3 months to get the flywire installed, they actually just forgot and palmed me off to the assistant when I continually follow up, that took 3 months of my time being wasted and numerous emails and flow up calls just to get what I was made to pay for up front.

I advised them at the time I was going to sell the original panels as they were brand new, I got a quote for the frames that would be needed to install them for the buyer and advised of my plan.

Months on I have sold my original panels, I have requested they supply the frames or just the material for the frames so they can be installed as per there quote provided, they have now turned there back on me and won't even supply the frames or assist as there nothing in it for them. I have lost the buyer and they stopped responding to my emails.

Just another company who don't care about the end user, they just take your money then push you aside.

Very disappointed in the way my business has been handled by this company, its very clear they have let me down after I put faith in the company. I have been in business for 20 years and have no interest in damaging a businesses reputation over a medial complaint, this however is unacceptable handling of customer service, I will never deal with them again.

Perception Windows bi-folds was our builders choice, installed 18 months ago, they look great! We recently reported a small fault with one of the closing bolts, and within a few days from reporting the problem, the guys came over and not only fixed the fractured part, but then replaced all the same parts on each door. Forward thinking so great service! Btw, I noticed previous reviewers mentioning 'tinting'. We had ours tinted after installation. Just a slight change of external finish colour and effect but WoW, resulted in massive heat rejection, worth every cent!

Sliding doors are a blue hazy colour - they're not tinted so should just be clear like all the other windows. Also the reflection at night is what I can only describe as wobbly, like the glass is corrugated. Plus, they leak, though this may be because the weep holes were blocked, I need to wait until the next heavy rain to find out
