Visited on a trip to Melbourne, loved the Spanakopita.
Went back on the second day before the flight back to Brisbane to bring some back for the family. The staff threw in 2 of the best muffins I have ever had until now.

It's a spot you could easily miss being just off a busy arterial road (Warrigal rd) but do recommend stopping by! Owner is incredibly friendly and the few pastries I picked up was very well received as well. Shame it is out of the way from me to visit more frequently.

Drive in experience I ate a flavoursome beef patty tucked in crumbling pastry. Highly recommend.

Ordered toastie and Freddo cappuccino the other day and mate… you guys know your coffee. Toastie was great too.

They do a drive through coffee thing in the morning- just pull in and order a coffee. How amazing! And quick and friendly service, their pastries look amazing and generous sizes but didn’t get a chance to try it today.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Perasma may not look like much when driving past on Warrigal Road, but they make consistently great coffee and their staff are always friendly.
Give it a go and you will definitely be wanting more!

Customer service non existent. I pulled up with a trailer in the front car park, They rudely asked me to move into an impossible car park next door that I couldn’t get in or out of. The place was empty no customers no cars and I wasn’t taking up space.

Terrible first experience wouldn’t go back

Tried alot of places in Oakleigh for coffee and pastries nothing comes close to this place. Tastes as good as anything you can find in Athens. Will definitely becoming a regular here.

Sat here today. Food good, coffee good but the loud music was too much. We couldn’t talk without shouting. I moved seat and told the waiter why, but the music continued. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Just stopped by here quickly during my work break. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. I ordered a schnitzel roll and it is delicious. I’d say the best I’ve ever had, the bread is so soft and filling is delicious. I ordered an ice latte too which is also amazing. Very friendly staff, delicious food, and wonderful customer service!

The best Bougatsa you will find in Melbourne, along with all their other pastries which are amazing! Presentation of food is immaculate and excellent value for money! The Frappe is also very nice! Cannot not recommended this place enough!

Worst bakery and cafe I've been. The food was off maybe 2 days old pastry and staff was aggressive

Came here for the first time today for breakfast. Service was friendly and the Perasma big breakfast was great, everything cooked to perfection and I dont know what the white side dish was but it was delicious.

Just placed an order with them via the Menulog app and they didn't disappoint! Generous portions, everything wrapped beautifully, extraordinary flavour - will definitely order from them again. (Shoutout to the super friendly and polite delivery person too!)

Great coffee and best customer service from their friendly staff.
I used to stay nearby this cafe and used to be a regular customer, Then I moved to a different suburb.
Today I had some work nearby Chadstone so I dropped in here, almost after 3 years and the staff recognised and greeted me instantly! This gesture shows how dedicated and professional they are towards their customer.
I wish I could come more frequently!
Anytime I come around that area, I'll visit them for sure!
