They have the best deals, always on sales. They also got good range of bags from different brands like samsonite and all. The staff also very friendly and kind they always try to help as much as they can, they also very patient. I strongly recommend to purchase from them.

Lily was really helpful explaining the difference between various products, and then went out of her way to help me after we accidentally purchased the wrong product from the online store (we didn't buy in store as we had to leave quickly due to our toddler, so we bought online that night instead, as it was the last day of the sale)

Terrible customer service
Walked in with my partner to search for luggage last Friday morning.
Only one young worker working at the time. She didn’t greet us or offer of assistance and she stood behind the desk. We were the only ones in the store!

After about 10 minutes, I approached her myself to ask if they had a specific suitcase I had seen online. She said no and made absolutely no effort to ask what I was after or how she could help. I was so frustrated that I left the store and didn’t bother buying anything. Really disappointing and definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Purchased a Tosca Transporter Collection 29" Trolly Case from PERA in Northland in Preston. Sales talk was great highlighting the 10 year warranty. First time I used the suitcase it got damaged. Very disappointing after sales they didn't want to know and told me the damage is not covered by the warranty as it's an airline issue. I asked for a replacement receipt so I could make a claim with the airline and they took my details and told me they will get back to me. Several weeks later and no response. I did follow up with the airline (Qantas) and they also told me damage not their responsibility. Would not recommend buying from Pera again as great sales talk but after sales they are just not interested. Really disappointing after sales.

I was served by a lovely young lady at Pera store last week, She was so helpful in helping me purchase luggage, its nice to see young people that still have a excellent customer service with professional knowledge, and a welcoming smile.

It is a great new luggage shop. The staff were so funny and lovely，they were eager to introduce me to the differences between the luggages brands and materials. I bought a set of samsonite luggages, which I had not planned on. But this shopping experience makes me feel very good, I will recommend it to my friends
