This firm contacted me, advising they had been engaged to act on behalf of my ex-wife. After promising to come back to me with information as soon as possible, 2 months and 6 unanswered emails later, including one to the principal, it is my belief that they are nothing more than unmitigated ambulance chasers.

Do not use this firm if you want any work done. Sam, Penny and Christine did absolutely nothing for my case and almost lost my son to the OP.
I had to get a private lawyer to save my son going to the father.
Nothing was submitted in court to defend my case. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I started to involve in parenting proceedings since 2009 and experienced quite a few solicitors. I engaged with Durra representing my matter that has lasted for the entirely 4 years starting from 2018. Going through court matter has been stressful and this matter is worst of all given the length of time. However from the start to finish Durra has provided her very professional services that delivered sharp views, efficiency as a lawyer, and her very warm engagement with the best understanding, empathy as a human. Intstead of applying the very common approach to drag the client consuming large amount of time working on obtuse legal documets, Durra got onto everything swiftly and to the point. Dealt with Jordyn who was unknowledgeable and put statements in the affidavit that were used against me at final trial. She took too long to organise a barrister for me then last minute the barrister they did choose counselled and organised a barrister that knew next to nothing about our case and couldnt represent me adequately. Perhaps i got unlucky with the family lawyer i was put with but my experience is that they could have ran things far better.

Best case scenario was reached within the first hearing. Final parenting orders giving two little girls a meaningful relationship with both parents.

I would highly recommend Pantana Stanton Lawyers. Durra Baraz from Pentana Stanton Lawyers was my lawyer 2 years ago, representing me for my family law matter. She had to leave on maternity leave and I had to choose a different lawyer from a different practice. The communication wasn't good at all. Im writing a honest and informed review based on further legal advice.
My important family law matter was overseen from the beginning by a lawyer who had only had 4 weeks experience.
That matter had no legal oversight and went unchecked until the matter was closed.
Throughout the consultation process very little thought or attention was given to my work.
My outcome was final orders that were incorrect, not age appropriate to my child and as a result have to pay another lawyer to fix it.

Worst and most expensive Family Law firm in Victoria. I had a very simple mater reception rude and unhelpful then Lawyer quotes $3,500 a hour. Steer clear of this lot.

Updated matter is now sorted basic maths your company did a cost agreement for $35,000 had matter finalise with a quailfied Lawyer for $3,250 total cost.equating to $3,500 an hour from your firm.

Sam Twining went above and beyond in my case. I have dealt with quite a few lawyers and barristers in my life and I would rate him at the top with his professionalism, attention to detail, understanding, and phenomenal communication skills. Never once did he leave me hanging when I needed updates, was fast to action on amendments in my case, and worked hard to reach the best interests of my children and put them before anything else. Everything was made clear and concise. And to say my case was complicated on my end would be an understatement. I can't recommend Sam Twining and Pentana Stanton Lawyers enough.
