I just rang for some advice on a problem I was having getting a signal for our TV. The man who answered the phone gave me clear instructions how to auto tune the TV. I was willing to pay $150 for a service but I tried his instructions and it worked! Thanks so much for your help.

Rang in for a quote for a service to a 2nd hand VHS/DvD recorder. I spoke with Brendan who took the time to give me a well informed advice that since the picture was coming through clear with no dropouts, that it wasn't worth the effect/cost since it wouldn't improve.

I can't believe how awesome this business is. Their service and advice has always been spot on. Late 2018 I bought an expensive well known brand tv. Obviously I made sure I had an expensive surge protector. Since then Peninsula TV have been out 3 or 4 times to do repairs under Warranty. They were always professional and easy to deal with. I know at least 2 of the times the main board was replaced. Their work was spot on. About a month ago I started having issues again so I rang them for advice. I did as they suggested and the outcome was better than anyone could have or would have expected. I just want to thank them for all their help and patience and effort they showed me. They went out of their way to help me. Thank you guys.

I had an intermittent fault on a fairly new but out of warranty LG TV. I called peninsula TV and they suggested I call the manufacturer who in turn authorised a repair.

Peninsula TV arrived on time and quickly repaired the TV

I would just like to shout out a massive thanks to Brendan and Deckland at Peninsula TV & Video on your excellent service and help repairing our Samsung UHD tv. I contacted Samsung who put me in contact with Peninsula TV & video to do the repair, who are the local Samsung repair agents. Deckland turned up right on time, and to my surprise, did the replacement LED screen install on site. Highly reccomend these Guys, excellent communication and service and very professional. Also, thanks to Samsung who covered all the costs of the screen replacement. Thats why we use Samsung products. Thanks Guys.

Peninsula TV & Video Services were contracted by Samsung to repair our TV. Despite Samsung's poor service, Peninsula TV staff were exceptional. They treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and courtesy, they were prompt with all of their dealings with us, and they advocated a good outcome for us. That was probably the thing we appreciated the most. They went the extra mile. These guys quite clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and they are honest. They were also COVID-safe, which was appreciated. Highly recommended.

Brendan the owner is an absolute legend! Daniel the tech was absolutely amazing guy and have been to my place 4 times. I have 2 x Samsung TV's and they looked me above expectations. 10/10 company, highly recommend!

I had an issue with my Samsung Q80R television where the HDMI ports simply stopped outputting video to the TV. I got in touch with Samsung who then arranged an appointment with Peninsula TV & Video Service. I was contacted the next business day and had an appointment booked in for the same week. I was kept updated with phone calls to any changes to my appointment, even on the day they were dropping in for the appointment. Impressive communication! I never at any point was left scratching my head wondering when someone would turn up.

Recently had an LG vacuum repaired which had been "repaired" by another service centre and has previously taken nearly 8 weeks to complete (and returned with additional damage)

Peninsula TV & Video Service had the repairs completed within 2 weeks and were of a much higher standard than the previous repair place, very happy with them!
