My granddaughter just only started this year at pendance & she is loving it, my grandson attended the April holiday program & now wants to join. The teachers are so beautiful & fantastic with the children. Wish I had sent them there earlier. Fantastic & positive environment

Peninsula School of Dance is such a tight-knit, supportive, and caring community. There are also so many performance and workshop opportunities students can access, preparing them for the dance industry!

Over the last two years of lockdown the staff of Peninsula School of Dance were sensationally upbeat and supportive of dance families. We were in awe of how they adapted to tech online and help teens in our instance stay connected and positive. We've been attending PSD for years, and while my child has now moved on it formed the foundation for how she responded to challenges, interacted with mentors, enjoyed growing experiences and meet other kids across the community. The teaching and working environment is one I have long admires too of PSD - the Director Melanie Gard cares deeply for her staff as well as students, and many of her team are supported and mentored as young students as they aspire to teaching goals. It's tough as a small business right now, but kindness has never taken a battering by this dance and performance school steeped in community history and compassion and sheer celebration of kids who want to dance and perform.

PSD is so much more than a dance school. They truly care about every single family that not only enrols but also that enquires about enrolling. My daughter’s life has been so enriched by being a part of this community. Teachers who care about the emotional well being of the kids as well as the dance aspects. An environment that fosters inclusiveness and supportiveness between the dancers. And so many more opportunities than you could hope for.

Amazing dance school! Their beautiful, well-qualified teachers not only provide excellent dance training, and performance opportunities; they also encourage respect and nurture each individual child as a whole. Students can learn a great variety of dance styles, desire to emulate older students as role models, and be part of a true community. For my child, PSD has been his "happy place" for many years and we can't speak highly enough of the quality syllabus, wonderful concerts, exam preparation and venue. Classes are also great value for money!
