Very disappointed. Turned away today wouldn’t even look at my old mower, see if he could help or sell me a new one, I didn’t even get in the shop. I have been very loyal and spent thousands through this shop, went to Hastings and ordered a new $800 mower there

Very disappointed with the service, inconsistent pricing and poor communication. I took 3 items in for a simple service. I got a text 4 days later to say my items were ready for pick up but when I arrived two items hadn’t been serviced at all. Had to wait another 3 days for them to be worked on. When I finally picked up all 3 items a week later the service charge was DOUBLE what I had been told when I dropped the items off. I was told at drop off that if it was going to cost more I’d get a call before any extra work was completed - well that never happened! It seemed like they were making up the invoice amounts on the spot during pick up. So I questioned the prices and they realised I knew something fishy was going on so they immediately reduced the price. Wonder how many people get over charged and are too polite to say anything. Won’t be going back here again, what a terrible experience.
