After a workplace head and neck injury the subsequent medical report they totally failed to identify or reflect the seriousness of the injury.
After dealing with the VWA's insurer
l suffered a nervous breakdown then ambulanced to Frankston resulting in no support and my treatment only resembled discrimination and failed in their duty of care.

On behalf of my husband, i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL the NURSES, STAFFS AND DOCTORS AT SSSU WARD. My husband had a smooth recovery because of an amazing care you guys provided. Can’t thank you enough for care. YOU all DESERVE a pat on the back and COMPENSATION!

The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, extra training in customer service is needed for the frontline staff. If I could give zero stars I would.

The Indian lady who works there definitely needs training she’s very rude and racist I think her name was ramya sreevarshni

She started yelling at me and my partner cause she was having a bad day

Great staff in the hospitals but dealing with the administration is an utter nightmare. Hope I never have the misfortune of needing their services again.

Highly recommend the gastroenterology and IBD teams at Peninsula Health - without Dr Abha and IBD Nurse Caitlin I don't know where I'd be!

My daughter developed Covid, though fully vaxed. As she lives alone the support both medical and emotiona, that she received was first class and very caring. We live hours away so this was so important. We can't thank the team for everything they did. Keep at it guys you are a credit to your profession.

The service is absolutely dismal
I've tried to contact this service for over 48hrs & got nothing.
Not good on your part even during covid

Covid testing facility. The wait time for walk through testing is currently 2hrs due to prioritisation of medical staff to other areas and more urgent testing (hospital staff). However, the facilitation/ management staff are so very professional, friendly, helpful and open, apologising and explaining with respectful, honest communication that it's impossible not to understand and accept that they are doing their best. Remember to respect the people behind the job role.

1st in line after 4 hours waiting for a mental health assessment. Triage nurse doesn't know anything and can't say how long it will be. Revolting lack of care. How much money do you need to your job!

Great experience having my baby daughter there, even during a very busy time! All the midwives and staff were so professional and supportive, I'm really happy with how it all went!

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff on 4GN are the best staff going
Waiting in ED for 8 hours was not something I planned especially with the seriousness of what was wrong
But the staff were helpful and did the best they could
Basically more staff are needed and a better system

After going through reviews at different local hospitals to give birth I decided upon Frankston Hospital as it would be my first time giving birth in Victoria. All I can say is the experience was amazing. The midwives were so supportive and talked me through trusting my body to give birth to my son. Big thank you to Sarah and Bella (the midwives) who gave me an experience to remember. All the midwives and doctors were amazing!

I think they may discriminate as I was able to get in before they new I got free care but every time I've called since (at 8: 30 mind you) and can't get through for ten minutes and then get told they have no spots available call back tomorrow, I was told that I'd be able to get better service if I was a paying customer and that all I could get done was fillings or teeth extraction. With a health care card. The irony is your teeth are left to get worse before you can get preventive treatment

I have nothing but the highest praise for Frankston Hospital. During 2019 to now 2021 I have been in & out of hospital approx. 10-15 times and the nurses were just marvelous.

If you want to be re-traumatised then I highly recommend this medical Goliath. And if you want to raise your concerns their legal indemnity team spring into action. If only their so called health professionals were as diligent as their legal eagles. Greg would be bitterly disappointed if he was aware of the absence of duty of care, professionalism, compassion from the very top down to the coal face. Shame on you pen health, thank you but no thank you. I will find my own way to recovery.

Went to dentist had 2 teeth removed this morning, was told it would be pain free, and given painkillers. After an hour of what seemed to be pretty barbaric removal of my teeth they finally got them out. Now 5hrs later still bleeding from a gaping hole that probably should have been stitched, was given no pain killers or antibiotics, dentist was nice enough but literally felt/feels like my face has been ripped open, and obviously now will be going to the doctors to get painkillers and antibiotics I hope to go to work tomorrow.: (Not 100% a bad experience but could have deffinatley been alot better and I'm saying that after I haven't been to the dentist in years, although seems like absolutely nothing has progressed and still an absolutely barbaric experience which is very confusing since I finally got over a phobia being told things would be different now it's a much easier procedure.: (.

The Dental receptionist are one of a kind. Freaking rude and racists. Even an Aussie had to tell them that he himself understands English. Their service is an embarrassment to the Council of Frankston. Why spend more tax payer money on a hospital that says its a local community hospital when its made for self preservation of its workers.
Mind you I am only talking about the Dental Department. Have been to other Departments and they were fine.
