Ordered something over the Christmas break, and understood there would be delays in communication & shipping. Constantly having to chase details regarding the order being shipped, not being provided a tracking number, to then finally having to ring and be told that the so called 'order' had been lost by Auspost. Incredibly disappointed that I had to ring to be notified, as I imagine I wouldn't have unless I called. Blamed the issues on website troubles yet I'm sure a website doesn't handle and post orders, or email customers regarding orders they've placed. And at the end, being told I may have to wait 24 hours for a refund, on a product he knew was lost in transit atleast 7 days prior!

I operate a small lawn mowing business in Cranbourne. I needed parts on a Saturday and I got soo much usefull help. I went back and purchased a new commercial mower yesterday. Definitely worth the time to check it out

Very rude. Started with not good when asked how are you.
Tried to find all possible way to void the warranty. Avoid this place if you wanna get a proper aussie way of respect. Never experienced such response anywhere.
If you worry about the product warranty keep away from this place. Otherwise will try to charge you with 100s of excuses.
Need to learn about consumer rights.
Never agin, when there is so many nice places for the similar needs.

A one stop shop. This guy is a legion. He normally has what the big boys don't and at a better price as well. I needed a Makita hedge trimmer and extension pole today. He took them out of a kit for me and said he'd order more to replace the kit items. Could you imagine Sydney Tools doing that, I don't think so. Always the first port of call and always ready to have a yarn.
I highly recommend going here first.

Bought a Rover Duracut 420 lawn mower,
Rob had assembled it, including putting petrol and oil in it. No extra charge. Let me test run it and explained the mulch attachment. This is service you dont find at a Bunnings, and the price was competitive as well, plus there is a free first service, win win. Definately recommend this place. By the way, mower runs like a dream!

I took my router over to see if it could be fixed up, it was fixed in less than 5 minutes with the friendliest, most informative service you've ever seen. I'm carrying their card in my wallet from now on, I won't let anyone else touch my powertools. Excellent, intelligent and there when you need them, you couldn't ask for better.
