Lovely people, helpful in trying to meet our needs. Showroom had lots of options. Especially love the ceiling to floor curtains in place of 3 blinds over our sliding external door. Also love the 95% UV block out automatic blind on the outside of our western window.

Wonderful service from start to finish with high quality products. They’re full of knowledge and design advice which helped make picking my curtains very easy. I would highly recommend Peninsula Curtains for anyone who is thinking of renovating or updating their window furnishings!

Slow response for an updated quote, 2 weeks passed, still waiting for a shutter quote. They did measurement 2 weeks ago already. Shouldn’t take so long

UPDATE: you did get the email! When we didn’t hear back we called to discuss and your employee was looking at the pictures we sent whilst we were on the phone! The curtains don’t need replacing as it’s only the heading material that’s disintegrating. Surely this can be replaced. Curtains should last longer than 10 years! We have family with curtains from your company that are over 30 years old and the heading isn’t disintegrating!

Spent $15,000 on curtains 10 years ago now parts of them are disintegrating. When we asked them for advice on what to do they didn’t want to know us! We’re not expecting free replacement or repairs but some advice on what to do would have been nice. Didn’t respond to emails and when we called they very rudely told us there’s nothing they can do. Extremely disappointing!

The massive showroom is open Saturday mornings, there is every option under the sun offered.

Great outdoor blind but poor after sales service as the exterior power installation contracted has failed and this involves substantial extra cost

Terrible service. I paid a deposit on the 9th April, for see through blinds, & they were finally installed 15th June. I wanted to have the blinds installed before I went on holiday mid May. Had I known they were going to be so slow I would have got another quote. I kept being told that the material hadn't arrived, and they promised they would install them at 9am on the 4th of June a few days after my return. At 9.15 on the 4th I had a call to say the material had a fault in it and they hadn't noticed until after the blinds were made. I would have to wait longer. I then get a text to "confirm" the time for installation. You can't confirm something you haven't arranged. They just don't seem to communicate with each other. I'd get a text from one mob, answer that, then get a response from another. It wasn't a hard job, because they are see through, the edges didn't have to be stitched. The blinds seem ok, but the chains are quite loose. Perhaps that's the way blinds are done these days, as I've not had holland blinds installed for many years.

Purchased curtains from Peninsula curtains, they turned out fantastic and were installed on time. The decorator Courtney who came out to the house was very helpful and friendly and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. After a horrible experience with a previous company we had bought from in the past, I felt at ease with Peninsula Curtains creating our beautiful curtains. Also very reasonable prices considering the quality of the products.

We recently completed a renovation and Peninsula Curtains was recommended to us by a friend who had used them for their new build. My husband and I couldn't be happier.
