Recently we engaged PBP to complete the renovation of our bathroom and WIR. The management and team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Always left the work area tidy and were aware of making the process as least intrusive as possible. The process was continually followed up and we were regularly kept up to date with the progress. We were consulted as to any changes along the way. Culminating in a very pleasing result we would highly recommend this company.

We are truly grateful that we chose Peninsula Building Projects to complete our large renovation! The team made us feel instantly comfortable in their capable hands. It is hard to have people you don’t know in your home, but CJ & his team are so kind, polite, professional & calming. By the end of our renovation we considered them to be family members.
Clancy is a quality builder, & is fastidious by nature. He genuinely wants his work to exceed your expectations, & for us, he absolutely achieved his goal. Visitors to our home always comment on the quality of the workmanship, along with the opinion that it should be featured in a magazine. Clancy also managed to rework our existing floor plan, raise our internal roof height in two of our rooms, & create much better functionality, giving us a greater sense of space.
Clancy’s sister Teresa is an interior designer & an absolute gem! Her wealth of knowledge of local suppliers from appliances to flooring to tiles ensured we didn’t pay more than we needed to on quality items that may have otherwise been out of our budget. Teresa was so supportive & helpful, guiding us through the selection process all the way through to installation, with wisdom & style.
Clancy must be so proud of his beautiful team & the family business he has built! Aidan, Josh, Rosie, Joe & Ghulam, Paney & his boys, Big Time & Tyler, Barley & his boys, Matty, & Cassie all were a pleasure to get to know. Each one contributing their expertise to our forever home, with its beautiful reclaimed timber beams, stunning kitchen & bathrooms, & refresh from the very top to the very bottom.

We recently completed a renovation with Peninsula Building Projects and could not be happier. From start to finish Teresa, Clancy and the team were great to work with and helped us achieve a fantastic outcome, on time and to budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

CJ and the team at Peninsula Building Projects have magically transformed our bathrooms and laundry, and I love the result! While there was obviously some noise, dust, mud and debris involved, they worked hard to minimise any disruption. When they encountered unexpected problems - a missing bearer and a floor that needed levelling - it was fixed at no extra cost. They went out of their way to achieve the look I'd envisioned, even creatively attaching a cupboard to a wall to become a stunning vanity. I felt they really listened to my ideas, but tactfully offered expert suggestions when I was unsure what decision to make. During the course of our renovations, we suffered a bereavement, and CJ was so considerate and thoughtful, minimising any building stress as we dealt with funeral arrangements. I didn’t know where to begin with my 1970’s house but CJ, Teresa and their team made an overwhelming job simple. From design to completion, it was all taken care of. The house is now beautiful. CJ had ideas I hadn’t thought of which led to a separate laundry and powder room maximising space in other rooms. Teresa’s design ideas meant that everything looks beautifully “of current times”. Lovely family business who are hard working, earnest and who take pride in their work. They were responsive, efficient, very open about costs (no surprises), and timely. I’d use them again in a heart beat except I’m never leaving my wonderful house.

CJ and team delivered on their promise of quality work and pride in doing so. From our first communication, our absence during the work, covid interruptions, the complexity of the site and my eclectic design tastes, they never faltered. Be ready for some dust but it's all worth it not to have to think about running yourself ragged trying to sort all this for yourself.

CJ and his team have been wonderful and extremely professional in helping me with transforming a run down house into an amazing space. CJ was fantastic to work with and goes over and beyond for his clients. High quality finishes and I'm moving onto my second transformation and possibly many more ahead!

I've had a lot of renovation work done to various houses over the years, big and small, and there has always, always, been something that I wasn't completely happy about.
Not this time. My new bathroom is perfect.
CJ and Chris, plumber Aaron, carpenter Aiden, sparkies Lockie and Brenton and Barley the tiler were all exceptional. Showed up when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were generally all round nice guys.
When I'm spending my hard-earned money, I look for value, quality and service. I'll call it out if I think there's a problem. This time I never got the chance.

CJ & his team were amazing and the project was exceptionally well co-ordinated.
We had the ensuite, wardrobe and main bathroom renovated. CJ's suggestions on how to better use the space was invaluable. We now have double the space in the wardrobe, a much more functional ensuite without compromising on space and a simple gorgeous and larger main bathroom.
Especially impressed with his quoting which came in on target and so no surprises.
We will definitely use them again for other projects.

Peninsula Building Projects was not the lowest quote that we were given for our project, however, CJ was the only one that gave us the total confidence that he could complete the job to the standard we were seeking and inline with the design vision that we had for the spaces. We found comfort in the added service offer of a qualified interior designer as part of the team to consult on various purchases and the overall design aesthetic.

The renovation was a smooth process and each time we attended the house during the renovation we were impressed by the level of cleanliness on site and the respect shown for our house. We were provided with constant video and/or photographic updates on the project progress which was extremely helpful and reassuring during periods of the renovation that were during Covid restrictions.

CJ and the team provided us with design solutions that made the renovation of the Bathroom, Powder Room, Ensuite and Laundry spaces exceeded our expectations and we are beyond thrilled by the end result. Thank you to CJ, Teresa and their team for our fantastic new Kitchen and Bathroom. Due to water damage in our bathroom and the need for a new Kitchen we secured Peninsula Building Projects. They were full of great ideas and the planning was fantastic. The work was timely, professional and their finished work was exceptional. We desperately needed a new bathroom and CJ and his team were sensational, creating a fabulous bathroom which we love. CJ is very talented and has great vision in making the best use of space. He understood that we had a budget and designed plans to keep within the budget. To say we are extremely happy with the result is an understatement. CJ and his team are professional, courteous and extremely skilled. All work was completed to perfection, particularly the carpentry and tiling. Teresa, the interior designer was invaluable offering suggestions about fittings and colours and going out of her way to source various mirror and light options, nothing was ever too much trouble. We had our on-suite renovated. The job went well nothing was a problem, we did have one small hitch and was fixed immediately. The job was done that well we are getting them to do our bathroom as well. Their interior designer was a great help in sorting out where things should be placed in the room. One of the biggest things for us was the help in getting what we needed for the room. To all the boys job well done.

It's after Christmas now and our bathroom and laundry are finished. The bathroom is outstanding could not be happier with the job. Once again the workers knew there jobs and did them well, thanks guys. C. J.had them lined up and ready to go and 2 weeks and a bit the job was completed. PS. On the last day C. J actually turned up early, well done mate.

I was really lucky to stumble across CJ and his team. They really looked after me - even helping me with styling as I really didn’t have a clue! The outcome was 1000 times better than I imagined. I have a luxury bathroom and all within budget (with no incidental add-ons). The workers were punctual, polite, hard-working and skilled in their craft. They were considerate of my space and belongings, and there was even a cleaner who came in twice to make sure everything was in top shape. CJ was great to deal with and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend this team to anyone and intend to use them again when I’m ready to do my kitchen!
