Carmela is AMAZING. Only person I trust with my lashes, happy everytime, lashes feel so light and look great. Only downfall is that I've moved an hour away! I've had a natural set and a Russian volume set and loved both. Highly recommend for quality, price and friendliness.

Set up an appointment about a month ago and when I arrived at the salon today was told that the salon was too busy they proceeded to direct me to another location in Rye.
It was a shed with parking instructions and my eyelashes were to be carried out by an unknown beauty consultant, they even suggested they could order a taxi to take me there (of which I had to pay.)
I had my eyelashes done at the salon before so when I re booked I expected that the same treatment with the same consultant at the same place would have been in order.
I am a professional beauty consultant from a European background so am in a position to know exactly what I am talking about and what is expected from a salon to it`s customers.bad customer service and relations by this salon very unprofessional and lack of care and responsibility for the customer.
I will not be recommending this salon and believe reviews are biased and untrue.
