Bit pricy compared to others
It came back with little flecks of white and other small particles on it not removed during your process took it elsewhere (Greensborough Plaza) and came back perfect so that makes a bit of a myth of your reply methinks
Can not fault your services at all! I rang in a panic the day BEFORE my wedding (Easter weekend) to get 3 bridesmaid dresses and 4 shirts steamed.the team at penguin were polite, reassuring and had everything ready and in pristine condition in just a few hours.they were incredible and went over and beyond! They are awesome I have just rushed in at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon needing men's slacks pressed and they did them straight away for me. Fantastic service and even better they didnt charge me. Pays to stay local.
