Dealing with Lino has been an absolute pleasure, picking up my new car tomorrow and he has made the whole process simple and clear.
I had been to another Suzuki dealership previously and not purchased a car however I knew as soon as I walked in to Burwood that they deserved my business, super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with!

Spoke with Lino to get myself a new Vitara, and was met with the best experience when purchasing a car yet! Very smooth process, put down my deposit and was driving away less than a week later. Could not be happier with the end result!

I do servicing with them all the time. Peter is the best. 4 stars as servicing standards are not consistent sometimes. Other than that no issues.

Lino is one of the best car salesman I've dealt with. Honest upfront without the BS approach. 10/10 would buy a car from Lino again.

Visited the dealership to inspect a vehicle advertised on Carsales.com.au. Post inspecting the vehicle, requested to test drive it, Salesman demanded a deposit for the car, otherwise a test drive wasn't going to be allowed (noting it was a second hand car also). Obviously in the current climate where demand exceeds supply, customer service plays second fiddle to making a quick sale. Obviously my money best spent elsewhere (bought plenty of both new and secondhand cars from dealers over the years, across multiple states, never had this BS pulled on me).

Lino was very friendly and straight forward when we bought the car. We bought the car almost a year ago and today we contacted him and wanted to ask few things regarding the car. Lino was very prompt and showed us same professionalism and caring as the day we meet him first time an year ago. If you are looking for a car in Suzuki - make sure to ask for Lino.

No satisfaction of my car service even they couldn’t find the problem. I get service by other local garage and fixed my problem. And also they charge me for the same thing which i tell them. HORRIBLE NEVER VISIT AGAIN

Great dealership! Awesome fun atmosphere! Daniel Maffi the Sales Manager is professional, respectful and made my experience fun.

I cannot thank the team at Penfold enough. I dealt with Daniel and from the first phone call through to picking the car up, the service was exceptional, both professional and friendly. Daniel made the decision to purchase easy with competitive pricing and a good laugh. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking at purchasing a Suzuki. Rude and condescending salesman from the moment I walked in the door.
Was not interested at all in selling a car to me.
Bought one elsewhere 30 mins later.

Such a rude 'salesperson'. If Lino has to repeat 3 times in one conversation that he doesn't mean to sounds rude, then why speak in that manner? ! Not interested in my business at all, which is surprising. Lino also flat out refused to let me speak to Daniel, the Sales Manager. They have lost a customer.

Amazing customer service from the whole team, friendly and welcoming environment! I highly recommend buying from this dealership as their knowledge of the cars and care for you as a customer is beyond other dealerships.
