Pen City - Newly Renovated & open for business

Amazing pens and notepads! I got a Space Shuttle pen and they had a cool Pan Am airplane pen too. Easy parking, they have lots of vintage pens and the clearance cabinet - definitely worth a visit in-person. Train station nearby, then take bus 1 stop and walk ten minutes.

I bought my first fountain pen here, and the man that served me went on and on about pens and ink. That’s when I knew I was in the right place! Amazing knowledge and customer service. I will continue shopping here for pens and ink, even though it’s a bit of a drive, it’s worth it.

I walked in not knowing what I wanted and Jake took the the time and guided me in the right direction. He was very helpful and I highly recommend paying Pen City a visit if you appreciate great customer service.

Jake was patient, knowledgeable and passionate about pens. Glad to find that he took over his father's business (where we have previously bought pens from). Very helpful in helping us find the right pens.

Was a fan of the store in Elizabeth St.and always had great service from Jake - as a young lad - he knew his stuff, and provided great service. Was disappointed when the shop departed - but not Jake - he is still there at the end of a call to assist/advise, and I needed urgent attention.as a dropped my gorgeous fountain pen onto the foot path - and nib damaged. A quick call to Jake, express post across to him - and within a day - on its way back - FIXED! Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered a Parker converter, Pilot Metropolitan and Monteverdi pens, the expected date of delivery was between 9 and 14 June, but arrived here in WA today, 7/06/22. Well done! CH

Massive range of stunning pens and accessories, very knowledgeable service. I got my favorite LAMY fountain pen there and continue to go back to get ink bc they have large pots with a special dome so I don’t end up wasting ink.

By far the best customer experience I have had with a retailer in such a long time, it was so refreshing to see that some companies still care about making their customers happy. Amazing service I had never known the world of writing instruments to be so varied. I could not have been happier with the service i was provided with today.

I simply cannot recommend this place enough, I have never loved a shop more than this one, the best in the business! Going there is always an experience, and I cant thank the staff enough for their friendliness, and professionalism.

Won't honor online prices - paid for an item, I rang up to change order details (just my street address). Salesperson on phone told me they are cancelling my order as it's their right to do so. Fair enough, but realistically, is the onus on the consumer to check the integrity of the pricing? Had I not paid for it, it would be fair play.

I like experimenting with pens but really get overwhelmed and intimidated by them. I had the best experience with being shown the types of pens and paper that were robust and built for people like me. The very friendly person spent almost 45 minutes having fun with getting me to try out pens and not be afraid it was awesome. I walked away with a card and waited a few weeks for a particular pen to be in stock just so I could make sure I ordered it from them. They have even offered to help fit the nib and shave down some of my own custom nibs from home to fit the new pen. Way above and beyond what I was expecting, such a great experience.

Pen City has always been and will always be my go to place for Pens.
