Pelican Childcare Fairways

Highly recommended.no words can describe how fantastic they are. Management, staff absolute amazing. I wish I had sent my daughter sooner.

The educators in the centre are absolutely amazing and take absolute pride in their role as educators. I've been part of the community for 3 years and my kids love it at Pelican Fairways. Thank you to all the amazing team!

I have had 3 kids and all have been going there, the highly recommended simoine whom is a fantastic person followed by ljubica and najwa.they take the best care of centre and children.the 3 lady's needed to be reconized for the hard work they do.and for the new manager back to school as she too busy head in computer and of course no hello nothing when you walk in.

I have a very bad Experience with this centre. My child who is 4 years old every week is sick catching different viruses from other kids which is make sense of having 30 kids together in one room. Centre called me and my husband everyday to pick up my daughter even if she is having little bit of coughing. We nearly took all our annual leave looking after her at home and just waste of money paying the centre. This week i called twice i have been answerd extremly RUDE from a stuff member called Simon who hanged up the phonetwice on my face twice

Pelican Fairways is an outstanding day care and kindergarten. My 2yo daughter was at another centre until early 2020, and then she began at Fairways and was welcomed by Donna and her amazing team.

She instantly began learning new things, and taking on new challenges. In under 9 months she’s learnt her numbers to 12, letters, colours, and shapes. The rooms are stocked with resources and activities to keep the children busy all day, and the staff actually interact with the kids instead of ignoring them.

Life skills are a big part of the curriculum at Fairways (packing up, washing your hands, waiting your turn) which is fantastic.
The rooms are always clean and tidy, and all staff are friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Pelican Fairways, they are magical!

Pelican centres are a cut above the rest. My children have been to many different centres over the years and I’ve never been happier than what I am now! The lovely team feel like family and Donna the centre director is so amazing at what she does! A very professional environment, yet extremely homely! I adore the wooden furniture and natural play, my daughter who has speech delay has absolutely blossomed since starting there.

Absolutely love this child care! Amazing staffs, a centre manager, Dona is absolutely beautiful.she did very good managed and accommodating our requests and concerns.the centre environment so inviting and friendly.

My daughter has the best first child care experienced in Pelican fairways.staffs helped so much adjusting with the sapperation anxiety on First six weeks, and now she is enjoying being in the centre, doesn’t care nor cried when I left. Food they serve is always fresh and they always change up the menu from day to day,

I have no words enough to describes how grateful I am with the staffs and services they delivered; they helped my fussy eater toddler patiently.encouraged to eat and trying new food at the centre.

We are very happy and satisfied with what she have learnt and achieved. Will recommend 5 star to others.

Love the staff the center is clean always smells clean. The staff were the same 6 years later. Give or take a few new faces. Best childcare in craigieburn 10 out of 10

My child has attended Pelican Fairways from 6 months till kinder. I have been very happy with the staff and management. The quality of the care is great. I'm loving all that he is learning at kinder this year.

Great for kids, the manager is doing great job n so are her staff. I as a parent felt confident to leave my son from the very first day. My son loved it. The environment the educators very nice.

Great place for our child to attend, staff are always friendly and respect both our child and us as parents.

My child attended a few different childcare centers and this is the only center that has given him so much confidence. The educators are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Food is nutritious and my child comes home happy and learning so much.

Great place for kids, we have our son there for over 2 years and he absolutely loves it. All teachers are professional and caring. They always follow well structured delevloment plan for the children and send us regular updates regarding our son's development. There are also regular and clear communications from the centre director. The centre itself is neat and well maintained all the times.

Fantastic! Our son has spent 4 years here with amazing educators and staff that have nutured him from the babies room to getting ready for primary school. The centre takes pride in the way they attend to all the children, their learning and facilities. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing centre! Couldn’t say a negative thing about pelican child care fairways my son attends this centre and the staff are amazing. Always clean, great food served to my little one. His learning so much just from attending as the educators always are putting time into teaching the kids new things.

Very happy with the care provided at this centre. It is clean and well-kept, the food is of a high quality and smells delicious!
My daughter attended here and now my son is currently attending.
The carers are courteous, friendly and understanding.
Donna, the centre manager is fantastic! So well organised, everything just flows - never had any issues with my payment arrangement nor the centrelink setup. It all just worked and on time.
