All the teacher and staff are great. Previously send my child to a different childcare and wasn't happy but with Pelican I am very happy with the service and the teacher and staff cares for my son. Happy to send him to childcare every day thinking he will learn something new at school. Thank you

This is the best childcare centre in the Brimbank region! Amazing staff who care about your kids and rapidly and pricesly updates every kids process throughout the day on a app to keep parents minds at ease. This is my second childcare I have brought my child too and couldn't be happier, the best director and centre manager at Pelican deer Park and reception crew are awesome. This childcare is very modern and always smells clean and hygneic. The uniform is expectional give the parents the options to put their child in uniform or casual cloths.

We are having an amazing experience at Pelican, Deer Park. It feels so good and stress free when you know your child is in good hands and is looked after like family.

In addition to having professional and understanding staff, the activities that are undertaken are fun and a learning experience for children.

We also love how the app (Xplor) notifies all small updates and it feels like you are with your child.

Our daughter always comes back happy and confident from the Childcare and this gives us such a relief.)

My son has been attending Pelican Deer Park for a year now after leaving not one, but 2 other terrible childcare Centre’s. I have high expectations, as do all parents, and this centre surpasses them all! Every single member of staff is professional, caring, knowledgeable, loving and truly the most amazing people ive seen in childcare yet! I adore each and every one of them! I myself am a Nurse and currently working as a COVID vaccinator so my hours, when I work, can be long, but I never ever have to worry because having my son at Pelican is like having him with family.
My sons room always has so much activities every day including cooking, Yoga dance program and community walks, arts and crafts, reading, music and dance, learning numbers and letters, My son also loves Gardening the most.
Plus with their app you get updates all day on what they’re doing, what they’ve eaten, when they’re sleeping etc and even a photo update with lots of lovely photos of the kids playing and doing activities. It’s the best being able to see my son whilst I’m at work, especially in my line of work it really makes my day! The staff actually really care about your child, and about you and your family.
The difference this centre has made for us is indescribable, I don’t know what I’d do without them honestly. Also the centre is extremely proactive in COVID policies and actions. They go above and beyond what is required of them to ensure your child and your family are as safe as they can possibly and humanly can be from this awful pandemic. And this is from someone who spends all day in this industry.
Basically if you’re looking for a centre that will treat you and your children like family, will help your child reach and excel at their milestones, keep your child safe at all times, give them healthy yummy meals, have your child having an amazing time everyday and making best friends, and somewhere you can relax knowing they really are treated like family then choose Pelican Deer Park You will never ever regret it and you and your child will be grateful you did.

From my personal experience I would give this centre an exceptional rating based on the kind and friendly staff, excellent program and planning and beautiful atmosphere. My son has enjoyed his time here and I look forward to coming back with my next child when she is ready to begin childcare.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was anxious about leaving my 8 month old son with anyone that wasnt family. However the moment I walked into Pelican for a tour it felt like the right place to leave my son. The staff are so friendly and professional. You can tell they really care about the children there. As soon as I put my son down he was playing and exploring. He has developed so much and absolutely loves going to childcare and has never cried when we drop him off. I honestly feel like I am leaving him with family. Thank you to all the staff you are amazing

I am so happy with Pelican Deer Park my Son has been to 3 other centers in this area and was just not happy with the service from the other centers.
He has been at Pelican now for 8 mouths and we could not be any happier more than this.

It has been about two years since my son started at pelican childcare deer park from day one he was given the best care and all the attention that he needed from all educators.he loves going there every day. The educator s and management are very friendly very approachable and very helpful.communication between educators and parents is really good and they keep you updated on the progress of your child development as well as what they have been doing throughout the day.
You can clearly see that management as well as all educators are passionate about what they do. My son has developed so much and has learnt so much new skills I would strongly recommend Pelican child care deer park to everyone.

I could not have asked for a better childcare for my little one. Absolutely AMAZING team. Management of allergies and specific dietary requirements is excellent, making me feel safe when leaving my daughter in the morning. They always try their best for everyone specially Aman beautiful lady with a cheerful smile, and this is well reflected by the beautiful hygienic rooms and the familiar atmosphere.

Would highly reccomend we even travel from bacchus marsh! My daughter has been at pelican for nearly 2 years now. She absolutely loves going and races out of the car everytime we pull up! All the educators here are just amazing and have so much time for the kids especially my daughters teachers Mel and Aman. I am so happy with the progress she has made here! The team at this center go above and beyond.

The educators and staff here are amazing and so caring! They have been very attentive and cooperative in finding ways to help my 2.5 year old settle in and increase his food intake at childcare. They have listened to my concerns and worked on solutions to address them and help us all as a family while we adjust to having our son in childcare. The facilities are great, clean and varied to provide the kids with new and exciting experiences.
Definitely think about getting a tour and a chat with Ekta, the centre manager, if you were thinking of signing up.

If i could do a 0 star then i would.i sent my 2 years old baby there two months ago, in one months there are 2 accidents, the second accident was the worse one.his eyes was swell that he couldnt even see and bleeding.they call me in to pick up the kid imediately.i asked where and how did it happened and "they said they dont known". It was tears in my eyes when i walk out that centre.tears in my eyes when i see him the next days.ohh and i forgot to mention i believe he has been left in the rain one time, he was all wet when i pick him up. ;. Some staff are unfriendly, unhelpful.i have to go around look for bottles and shoes.i putting this up because i dont want any parent to go through this.i have a pictures evidents for this.

I absolutely love Pelican Childcare Deer Park. The educators are friendly & genuinely care for the kids and I know that my son is happy here which gives me a lot of comfort. I also love that Pelican uses the KindyHub app where the educators upload daily photos & comments, which allows me to see what my son has been up to. More recently, the centre director went above & beyond to ensure a seamless transition for parents to the new childcare subsidy by providing step by step pamphlets on what parents needed to do on the My Gov website & also sent lots of reminders which I found supportive. Last but not least, I love that my son gets out of the centre on Community Walks & gets to explore the world around him in the care of the educators along with his friends at Pelican Childcare Deer Park.

We love pelican childcare Deer Park. The staff are amazing and take such great care of my toddler. I know she's happy there because she always wants to hug the staff in the morning and before going home she will even try to take the staffs photos home that are up in hallway. Her older siblings love looking at the Daily updates via the app with photos and daily reports. Facilities are well maintained and clean. I know she is being taken care of, played with, nurtured, well fed and loved and that's why I send her to this centre.
