PEK Human Systems reviews
4I am a South African citizen based in Johannesburg. I first started dealing with Peter at PEK Human Systems approximately 2 years ago in the final interviews for our sister company in Sydney. I have truly appreciated Peter's support and expertise to improve my presence for on line job applications and my resume. Peter is a true gentleman and his sincerity shines through in every interaction. Peter is very frank, and says it the way it is. It has been a pleasure dealing with PEK, and I would highly recommend them to all job seekers and serious companies looking for "long-term" talented people to grow their companies.
Peter has assisted me in understanding the actual role requirements and then sourcing the 'right' candidates on a couple of occasions now. And this was done with short notice. He has a solid network of manufacturing and distribution contacts, so he is not limited to the traditional forms of recruitment.
I was introduced to Peter around 5 years ago as I was transitioning from a long career in the automotive industry into new fields. Peter has been a great friend over this time, always making time to provide insight, guidance, and leads for employment opportunity.
Whilst recruitment is the focus of his business, Peter does not operate as a traditional recruiter. Instead, he is a relationship manager, building strong networks reliant on trust and integrity. He is outcomes focused and is passionate in ensuring he finds the right fit for the right role. Peter’s intimate exposure to a diverse range of businesses enables him to provide meaningful insight as he guides people on their journey to challenging and satisfying employment.
Whilst gainfully employed, I continue to enjoy catching up and sharing a cup of coffee with Peter while he shares his insights into industry development and opportunities.
Peter Kiploks has no morals or ethics, he called our office last week lying to our office staff posing as a building owner in Brisbane wanting to have some project work carried out within "his building".
Peter then said he had been recommended to our company stating one of our Project Managers names wanting to speak with him, we passed this message on to our staff member who returned Peters phone call.
Turns out Peter was actually calling to poach our staff members.
