Thank you so much. You are one of the nicest person I have ever come across. I was not even aware that my Laptop still have warranty which can be fixed without paying anything. You found out that I have warranty and suggested me to call them which I did and they are fixing my laptop. I called few others they took details and checked but no one mentioned I still have warranty left. Thank you so much:)

I called to enquire about the issue I have been experiencing with my PC, and provided the information of the things I've performed before calling.

Rather than being told to take the computer in, they were quite honest to tell me that they'll perform the same troubleshooting testing I've done, and provided other things that I could perform/do to try and determine the source of the issue.

Pegasus computer services is a great IT service business in the local area. The man who helped me was very and friendly, as well as he was quick in doing his job. The cost was also reasonable for situation. They get back to you quickly via phone call or email. Would come back if I have other future problems or enquiry.

He fixed my computer good condition when I have a rush to my work with my expensive laptop, he fixed it without a scratch and his price is fair.
