3I bought clothes from Peachymama and have returned them which they received 5 weeks ago. I contacted customer service numerous times to follow up with no response. They were quick to post it but no sign of getting my refund or a response from their customer service
I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now with absolutely no response. Have sent back 2 of the items from my order but am doubtful I will get the money back: (
I bought a lot of breastfeeding clothes from peachymama and they were too big, I sent them back and haven't had any response since and it's been over a month! My returns are getting sent back to me by aus post now. As a new mum I have struggled to find time to try clothes on so online is a better option, I spent a lot of money and am very disappointed with the customer service. I would never recommend this brand!
