I spent three years starting in Covid attending therapy through Peaceful Mind.
I cannot express the fact they are a Safe space to be completely open and vulnerable enough!
I never thought I would see a psychologist prior to Covid and the lockdowns, I never trusted or felt the right connection prior.
As now having come to a fuller circle in my journey, the life skills and the growth I have had at my own pace through them was beyond my own expectations.
If you need someone to speak to, please trust they have your best interests at heart and will be there for you as they were for me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
