3 DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible place. Lashes started falling off on the day of getting them, and have been ever since. It has been less than a week and they look terrible, with many gaps. Many lashes are missing extensions as well.
Customer service is shocking, only care about money. I had to reschedule my appointment and was told I had to pay more (they refused to refund me). I was fine with that and was told to pay using a link but they the took additional cost from my card without my consent. I never allowed them to store my card details.
After messaging them I was offered a lash revision, but seriously would you trust them to do a good job a second time round? They told me everything is specified in their terms and conditions, but if you read them it's absolute trash. They concluded by telling me to go to consumer affairs to escalate the matter.
Really Unprofessional Salon! Customer service is horrible, takes them over a week to reply to a simple message. This review is coming from more then one person, rather a group of girls that have all been to the salon and have come out with red blood shot, puffy eyes. While the treatment was taking place, sticky tape was put on the skin in the waterline of the eye with eyes being half open while the glue was put on the lid line. Lashes will last ALL of us girls 2 weeks max then having to go and pay another $70, with patchy, clumpy and non lasting lashes just to hear a girl sing in our ear is VERY unprofessional and we are all very disappointed. The employees do not care about their clients health and well-being and this is extremely concerning. We will not be recommending this salon, and we were refused appointments and it was brushed off by "no worries" once we put forth our concern.
By the way they do not post their bad views on their page! Only there good ones, its a scam!
I had my eyelashes done here on Sunday 16 June 2019, they didn’t even last 24 hours.
I contacted the customer service, was asked to go in for review. Mistakenly, on my part, went in on Tuesday 18th instead of Wednesday 19th, which was super inconvenient being I had travelled over an hour there and when I requested a refund – they refused. And told me to go to Consumer Affairs. I spoke to my two girlfriends who go there who cancelled future appointments immediately.
QM charge 30-50% of what others do. There’s a reason. You get what you pay for.
