Ruth exceeded my expectations with her diligence, expertise and work ethic. She found a great outcome in a short period of time. I would be confident to recommend Ruth to anyone seeking legal support in property.

PCL has still not contacted me to resolve my complaint despite their response below. I would not recommend their service, saying we had a poor experience is not false or misleading, it is a matter of opinion. Check out their responses to other 1 star reviews, they’re very aggressive and unwilling to work with you if you’ve had a poor experience.

The Best Family Lawyer in Town Theresa Morgante at PCL Lawyers located at the Melbourne office. With Theresa's Family Law Knowledge and Experience with Court Procedures, we where able to get my Children back within 4 weeks in time before Christmas. Was able to engage with the Best Family reporter, Professionalism writing skills when it comes to affidavits and letters. Has Excellent Customer Services, Empathy and Understanding when dealing with high emotional family law situations. I would always recommend Theresa to anyone who needs help in Family law.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was naturally filled with anxiety and uncertainty about the entire process, but Brad truly went above and beyond to make me feel at ease throughout the entire journey. From the very beginning, Brad's professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a clear and understandable way, ensuring that I felt well-informed and confident in my decisions. We had a nerve-racking purchase of property (our biggest expense ever!), contingent on sale of property in Perth. Brad Mayberry and the team at PCL Lawyers were always supportive, encouraging and helpful throughout the process, from review of the initial contract, review and acceptance of changes to the contract, to final settlement. Brad was always friendly and professional in his advice and execution of tasks! Whilst not always getting straight back to us in email correspondence, he was always at the other end of the phone line:) We would continue to put our trust in Brad if the need arises again, and so certainly recommend him to others requiring conveyancing services.

A very positive experience covering a number of different issues. A favourable perspective from processes taken. Very patient as we worked through matters. Simple language was used with good explanation where jargon was applied.

Philip was great to deal with. He organised our wills and power of attorney for us. He made the process easy and seamless. Having these documents in place with PCL gives us peace of mind.

During the sale of our last property, there were a couple of unusual requests from the purchaser. Brad steered us through the process, and we had a successful outcome.

Horrible experience. Several people departed whilst trying to deal with the matter over a couple of years. Quick to send bills, incredibly slow to respond to matters you want attended to. You have been warned!
And I’m still getting emails with bills long after we have left/settled. Embarrassing!

I've had the pleasure to be assisted by Marilyn Wai the Senior Associate at PCL Lawyers and she has been nothing but amazing. Very unprofessional and unhelpful service for conveyancing work.

I reached out to PCL Lawyers for conveyancing work and was directed to Brad Mayberry.

He was extremely unhelpful and communication was very poor. He never responded my calls directly when I reached out to his mobile. When I call reception, they say he's busy with other stuff and he will reach out to you directly and you wait another day to follow up to speak to him.

When I forwarded the contract, he called me 10 mins after and said you can go ahead and sign the contract (How can a person read 169 pages contract in 10 mins). I told him to take his time and we are in no rush to sign the contract and gave him more than 4 days to review. I reached out again on Monday to follow up and he again said contract looks good. I raised couple of concerns with the contract and then he started suggesting to negotiate sunset clause. Thank god I didn't sign the contract with his initial suggestions and did my own research.

I sent him the updated contract, called him and sent email and no response either via call or email. When I called the receptionist next day that I no longer want to proceed with his services, guess what I get a call back in 10 mins.

Ended up wasting money for the services I don't believe was up-to the mark.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, poor communication, waste of money. I don't believe they review contracts properly for conveyancing work.

I would never recommend PCL lawyers for conveyancing work.

Hope this review helps others save money and find rather helpful conveyancer.
