The battery of my laptop was hard to find as it's quite rare here, but he patiently order and reorder for the right one, which I appreciate the high level of responsibility. The man who served me today went above and beyond with my laptop keyboard repair. Not only did he fix my keyboard in the space of a few hours but he cleaned the inside of it too without being asked.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Johnny, he is a very experienced operator who knows his ways around laptops. I had an issue where the hinge near the screen was broken and and causing casing of the laptop to be lifted, such that it was difficult if not impossible to charge the pc whenever the lid was open.

Johnny repaired this issue within 24hours, and explained in great detail what the issue was and how it was fixed, and all at an affordable price.

I would highly recommend Johnny for technical repairs at a fair and reasonable price, as the alternative would be going to the manufacturer/store seller who would charge way more and suffer a long time for your laptop to be fixed.

Thanks once again Johnny and I will definitely come back in the future for laptop and computer repairs!

I took my PC in to PC COM after my PC wouldn't start. He took it apart, cleaned it and put it together again, making it work, all for only $80! He even stayed 30 minutes after hours so I could collect my computer same day. Definitely will be a return customer and won't be going anywhere else. 5/5

Johnny is incredibly talented. He built a complete gaming system with a custom water cooling loop with hard tubes within 1 day. The job was done very well and the cable management was neat and the price was really good. Thanks for the fast service

Went in for a computer repair, and was promptly greeted and helped by the owner Johnny. A quick diagnosis was done to identify the problem, and then repairs were finished by the end of the day. Johnny is an extremely nice fellow and is honest about EXACTLY what services he provides.

Wow this is the BEST laptop/pc repair place i have ever been to bar none, very open & honest. Bring you laptop/pc in & he pulls it down right infront on your face & traces fault straight away.

Did a temp fix for free until the part came in, then fixed it on the spot & really fast & not expensive.

Been to many other laptop repairers & they charge $80+ just to look at it, then charge exorbitant prices in repairs, not here. New genuine lenovo keypad/buttons & dvd drive/wright $100 with warranty. AWESOME!

The owner of this business will always be up front and honest about the deals he can do for you. Plenty of refurbished computers that are ideal for students and business needs. If gaming is your interest, they can build whatever you need for whatever your budget is. A warranty is offered on all sales as well as repairs. I travel from the v western suburbs to visit this store. That's how happy I am with the quality of their products and their service.

I went to Johnny with a broken laptop screen, after being messed around from other repair shops. He was able to source the screen replacement within 10mins as he understood how urgent the repair was. His service went above and beyond what was needed. He really knows what he's doing. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Mate needed a quick fix for his pc pc coog system. Brought it in 3pm on saturday. Was done within 2 hours. Good service and finished quickly. Friendly manager aswell
