30 Great place and one of the best if not the best online PC component store. Their service is quick and questions are answered swiftly and as correctly as they can (given the information provided by manufacturers). Shipping is fantastic and packed well - I'm always confident that my gear will arrive in one piece. Their range is pretty extensive and pricing is pretty hard to match across their competitors even when including the shipping costs.
The only thing that I find annoying is their website which is why this raving review is 4 stars not 5. Filters are a little inconsistent and fiddly and often specifications layouts and phrasing are different for the same class of product, which makes part comparisons more cumbersome than it needs to be. It would be nice that a bit more effort went into their part descriptions and information rather than simply copy and paste the manufacturers website (which can sometimes be about as useful as a blowfish in a balloon). Lastly there are no filters on their "On Sale" page (except by price) which is extremely annoying to scroll through all the junk you don't want to try and find something you might be interested in.
All things considered, a great place to shop that you won't soon forget!
Prompt delivery and high quality products that delivered just what I needed in my PC space for the lowest prices I could find! Seriously though, a 2TB Seagate Firecuda hard drive for $75 is a bargain.
My recent experience with PC Case Gear was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying for express shipping, their service was abysmally slow. The entire purchase felt like a pre-order, and my transaction got flagged for fraud verification without explanation.
What's truly infuriating is the stark contrast between my experience and the supposedly "good reviews" on their platform. It's clear they prioritize smoke and mirrors over actual customer satisfaction.
I won't be returning as a customer, and I hope others reconsider before trusting their deceptive reviews.
Please don't buy from PC CASE GEAR. They ware a good company now they are really bad in their service. Unless you want to wait weeks after purchasing or loosing your money, dont buy from them.
I order goods worth $3600 and did not see any update on their system even after 2 days.all items are in stock at time Ive purchased and after 2 days they posted a note on my order saying the motherboard is out of stock.very bad in communication and no way of contacting them rather chat nor emails.

Emails - never got any sort of replies after sending emails to sales and support mail addresses. Its just a waste of my time really.with this state of their poor customer service its really not advisable to purchase from them as they are really bad at communication.look else-ware.luckily Ive purchased through PayPal and was to request a refund. If I have paid via credit card it would be a whole new world of pain with them.you might think ah never mind Ive purchased items with them in the past i will be ok well it wont be. I did the same mistake when I saw people complaining of them and Ive wasted so much time I would have rather spent with my child. They really bad at their service so you will waste your time buying services or products from them.
After many years of declining service, PCCG have lost me as a customer. I have placed many orders and spend thousands with them over the last 10+ years just to be met with arrogance and poor/non existent customer service.
Placed an order on the 15/10. Two weeks go by, no updates, no replies to queries or emails only to receive a generic email about delays due to a warehouse move.no mention of possible interruptions when they took my money, and all goods said they were in stock only to be told days after the delay email that there was no stock.
Truly disappointing from what was once a great company to deal with.
Went to MSY website, placed an order and it was picked for collection literally within 1 hour.
Absolutely awful management of their recent move. They clearly have been unable to manage it, and no further orders should have been taken until it was done. I've never had issues in the past, but my last 3 orders in the last 2-3 months have been unacceptable. If/when their behaviour changes, my review will change.
For my first order, I purchased a product that stated it was in stock ($1500+ purchase). I received an email the next day stating it would not be in their warehouse until the 25th of that month (3 days away). Ok, fine, they let me know quickly no worries. One 24/8, I was told it was now delayed until 29/9. Not happy about it, but I really want the item and it seemed to be an issue everywhere, I'll wait. I email 28/9, after noticing the item was now again showing as in stock on their site - no reply. I email again on the 5/10, asking for any response - no reply. I get a generic email on 9/10, stating there is a another delay due to their move. On the 12/10 I finally get a reply to my emails from the 28/9 and 5/10, explaining again that it's been delayed due to the move (what the generic email already told me). It finally shipped on 12/10. Final order time: ~58 days.
Second order: I ordered 3 items, all showing as in stock on 17/10. On the 26/10, I finally get an email saying that one of the items is due to their warehouse on the 27/10. On 3/11, I get a second email saying one of the other items is due to their warehouse on the 6/11. Current order time: so far 17 days.
Third order: I ordered 2 items, showing as having an estimated 'in stock' date of the 10/11. I ordered it on the 31/10. On 1/11, I got an email saying it's estimated to arrive at their warehouse on the 10/11. Can only wait an see I guess.
I'm rating 1 star because:
- Of the 5 items shown as 'in stock' at time of purchase, 3 were not. If I had known this at time of purchase, I would have waited until the item was actually in stock before buying.
- The poor communication, both in the inaccurate & unreliable estimates, and the significant delay in response.
I have had to edit my review. My recent experiences have been absolutely terrible. Orders just sit on 'pending' for weeks. Every time I reach out to ask what's happening, I get a templated reply saying that they're relocated and are experiencing minor delays. This has been well over a month now and I still have orders not sent. I hate giving a bad review but others need to know what to expect.
Spent $3562 on a full setup. The computer somehow didn't have bt capabilities, so they sold me (another) bluetooth usb gimmick that also doesn't work. The mouse will connect via bt to any other device BUT the pc. The keyboard that used to light up suddenly no longer does.
When I contacted PCCASEGEAR multiple times about these issues, I've been told to return them, and purchase new ones (online only) in the meantime, and if the products are found to be faulty, *then* I'll get a refund.
Their customer support once they have your money is absolute liquid dog sh1t. Happy to take thousands, and happy to keep selling things they know will not solve an issue, but to get a refund or replacement, apparently you need to jump through every hoop known to mankind.
Edit Nov 2023 - Despite posting this almost 3 years ago, it doesn't appear to actually be visible. Meanwhile theyre still spamming my email with no way to block or unsubscribe from it. They've told me in email before that theyd never accept another order from me and would keep my money if I tried.
Really appreciate the packaging protection and the additional packet of sweets as kind gesture would definitely recommend!
I have been buying parts, accessories, and occasionally whole systems for friends and family from PCCG since 2013. I rarely have to shop elsewhere. It's nice to be able to fill a whole shopping list from one place rather than ordering from multiple sources, and even when PCCG doesn't have exactly what I was looking for I will often choose a slightly different option from PCCG rather than buying precisely what I was looking for elsewhere, because PCCG have repeatedly proven themselves reliable. Goods are always packed appropriately for shipment and are orders are processed quickly. Absolutely no complaints.
Ordered 2 in stock parts on Friday by Express post, the following Tuesday the order is still processing.
Contact live chat and I'm told "our warehouse team have encountered some minor delays. This may cause some orders to reach 3 or 4 days before they are dispatched. "
Me: Why are these delays not displayed on the website when I placed the order?

If you want your stuff in a hurry shop elsewhere, apparently 3 to 4 days is a "minor" delay
Excellent service, ordered multiple parts over a month and a bit, everything processed quickly and delivered along with rapid after sales service for current Intel CPU promotion. Highly recommended for any PC components you need.
A good selection of parts (and even complete systems) online. The ordering and checkout processes were simple and efficient, fast shipping, items were well packaged, and a positive experience all round.
Ordered a Corsair airflow case with a tempered glass side, arrived promptly without any damage. Also preordered a PSU, they didn't let me know when it had arrived at their warehouse from the US but clarified quickly upon asking. It also arrived quickly after that and was well packaged. Both orders came with gummy bears too so that was a bonus:)
All things considered, they're definitely on my list for the next time I need to order components.

Purchased from here many times and have been in the store regularly, honestly they were really good at a point in time I was blown away with their service but has really gone downhill the last few times I visited or made purchases from them.
As so many people say, shipping speed is pathetic

Purchasing from this company is a wonderful experience. They are very responsive when communicating for inquiries and conformations. When I've had an issue with the product, they are very easy to work with when returning/ refunding. Highly recommend
An overall excelent service with a good range of products at decent prices.
PC assembly leaves something to be desired. RAM left in Firmware update mode. Tech support was not forth coming. After reaching out to the manufactuer they assisted in resolving the issue. Days later I was asked to return the computer for repair. Apart from that it was well assembled, with Excelent packaging!
I will continue to purchase from them.
Have been using PCCG ever since my first PC build 10 years ago. They have always been reliable, quick and informative with any questions I may have. They will also recommend cheaper options where possible showing they put their customers first and its not all about the dollars. Never have I had trouble with their service and would recommend them to anyone when it comes to computer or tech parts.
