Just recently, we had a presentation meeting and with 30 minutes to go, the powerpoint crashed.sid came in and retrieved the old lost presentation and we were able to present with no worries:)

Absolute legends! Dave and Ben have been amazing. We have been using Payneless IT for our IT support, and IT security, for our Financial planning business for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. David has serviced my computer for years, he picks up my computer from home, informs you of what the cost will be, does a wonderful job and then delivers it back. My daughter currently has my computer and was having trouble with it, I rang David for help he got my daughter’s phone number and talked her through her problems, nothing is too much for this guy and the fact that my daughter lives on the Gold Coast and I live in Melbourne and David didn’t charge me for his valuable time on the phone to my daughter- how unusual is that!
