Excellent quality. We purchased hats with an embroidered logo. The detail on the embroidery was excellent, the hats looked great. Delivery was great too!

Exceptional service providing high quality product. Reasonable delivery times despite delays with couriers throughout the country. More notably, our account manager 'Skip' went above and beyond to meet our requests for the delivery order of 2000 promo pens within a constrained timeframe.

We ordered some embossed journals, which arrived exactly as promised, and a few days early. I was very happy with the products and service Payless Promotions provided.

I bought some pencils from Payless Promotions. The printing on the pencils doesn't look right. I sent some pictures which clearly show the printing is wrong. They didn't accept that. I have sent some of the pencils for them to see since ALL the pencils' prints are wrong. I hope that when they receive the pencils I sent back, they have a solution for me since I bought 501 of them. Customer service was alright and they were quick to deliver a faulty product, that's the one star for. Thank you
