Nobody is perfect not even Pax Hill Pizza. Great pizzas and pasta. Had a few hicups over the years with quality (to be expected occasionally with the volume of product sold and I'd imagine a reasonable turn over of staff) but always bring to their attention, always well received and acted upon. Great friendly staff and management

All round great place. Extremely helpful staff and great vibe. Highly recommend the pizza also.

1st time visited Traralgon on a job trip. Place was new to me. Could not find time to look for food. I accidentally dropped in to Pax Hill Pizza during day time yet to open for business. Although they were busy doing preparations I was greeted with a smile and they made an exception to prepare 1 large pizza. Satisfying and delicious pizza recommended to everyone to try. Meal deals are very cheap as well.

Cross contamination on a vegetarian pizza, took it back and they told me it was my fault because I didn’t put instructions in for clean cutting tools to be used.
If it’s vegetarian shouldn’t have to specify that.

Absolutely atrocious service. Don't exactly appreciate getting essentially yelled at when I enquired about some ingredients.

Save your time and money by going elsewhere

Used to be great but slowly there pizza quality dropped to the point you might as well find another pizza joint, which is a shame

Nice pizza, love the vegan pepperoni and salami but our pizzas tonight we're quite dry, not enough cheese.

During Covid closing, at Pax Hill Pizza, we tried every other Pizza shop in this Town, but for us none were as good & tasty as Pax Hill Pizza. Very easy to order on-line and the delivered Pizza retained its heat. We rate Pax Hill Pizzas as a 10/10

We ordered a pizza online at 5.30pm, online said 1hr wait time. We called them at 7.30pm and asked where the pizzas was, said it was "just leaving the shop now". Waited 15mins and called back, they said it was "just leaving the shop then". We told them they said that 15mins ago and asked for a refund, after refund was processed we asked how long the pizzas were away and they said they weren't out yet and that they won't deliver anymore because they refunded the order.
So after ordering pizzas at 5.30pm we are left with no food at 8pm because they missed our order and kept making out like they had it out for delivery twice!
Never ordering here again which is disappointing as this was our go to pizza place and would order atleast once a fortnight.

Being going there for years, foods always great. Went there tonight (7th April) the service at the front counter was disgusting. A couple of the girls were rude, the music they had on was obnoxious with lots of swearing. I'll think twice about returning

Highly recommended. Pizza was ordered online and I put specific delivery instructions, which was followed exactly. Food was delivered exactly as ordered (toppings removed and added as per my order). I got an sms and email saying when food was going to be ready for delivery. It was delivered about 10 mins later and was yummo. Would definitely order from here again.

Ordered pizzas which we do on a regular basis when working in Traralgon. Forget Goodfellas and Dante’s, just go straight to Pax Hill Pizza.

Super fresh hot and great delivery driver. Wish we ordered from Pax Hill Pizza sooner.

Didn't deliver all of my order and been over 30 minutes waiting for the rest to be delivered. Will never order from again. Dog food would taste better

Always go to good fellas. But tried here for a change. Didn't do justice but has the potential to if they are more generous with the toppings. I could count each slice of meat and mushroom that's how little was put on mushrooms too thin. Hardly any on there yet I paid extra for them. Great amount of cheese and Cooked very well. Less stingy on the toppings and you'll win my vote
