Dodgy business practice and salesman tactics.

Original sale was a bit gimmicky, was offered a "discount" the moment I walked in the store and then proceeded to have an employee spend 20 minutes trying to sell me on shoes despite them not having my size.

Came back today to return item's, which had been misadvertised as non wrinkle fabric and were the wrong size. Sought a refund or replacement and was refused. Was explicitly shown a sign which said no refunds. Salesman told me I'd been in here 2 month's ago and my protection was void, which was proven wrong by a receipt showing I'd been there 2 weeks ago. If you are reading this, I know my rights and will be flagging this to the ACCC.

Overall the experience was pretty bad. Expensive products of poor quality with a terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Huge range of well priced jeans. I go in once every year or so and buy 2 or 3 pairs. The one pair that had a manufacturing fault were replaced with new ones. The men's section is fantastic.

I been in hospitality over 25 years in that time bought over 13 pairs of black dress shoes/boots.by far the worse quality purchase in shoes in my experience.these dress boots $74 down from $89 or something lasted no more than 12 weeks before falling apart.unacceptable.avoid they're failing quality. Great service, or so I thought. I was told by the assistant that the shoes I purchased were all leather other than the sole. Within 400m of walking on first wear, the synthetic material peeled off on the toe and the sole had a great deal of wear for the use. I asked to return them the following day and he refused as 'they're too worn for him to resell', and also lied directly to me claiming that he never stated they were leather (I have witnesses). For a $90 shoe you expect quality, or at least to be told honestly of the material. Very poor salesmanship. I would be ashamed to put my name to such blatant false advertising and couldn't recommend steering clear of this store enough.

Paul and his brother are amicable when it comes to customer service and their products are fine quality.

Paul's offers friendly service, a wide range of quality clothing brands and seemingly every size / colour / style accordingly. Would recommend Pauls for his fair pricing and personalised client attention.

Long established family run business of about 40 years. Substantial ranges of high quality brands, particularly stocking all sizes - even the larger and harder to find sizes. As well as jeans the store also stocks a great range of both business and casual shirts; as well as plenty of accessories like belts, ties, etc. Always great value for money.

Paul is a great bloke, he'll fit anyone, and usually by just looking at them. Highly recommended.
