My experience (whilst not desired) was handled in a manner that provided me with guidance and assurance to achieve a fair outcome. I never wish to engage with a firm like this again (for obvious reasons), but if you do I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I didn't think it would be possible for someone to soil Paul Vales name any worse than he did but here we are, However in Mr Chan's defence he is skilled in telling people's character just by the sound of their voice. Mr Chen obviously also a friend of the police. Real value for money here 1 adjournment and one set a court date went in to office once 2,200, that's good coin for doing nothing, Uno what Mr Chan I never doubted for one minute that I was not breaking the speed limit I had a car chasing me that I did not identify as a police car, you didn't want to hear my story, you just kept playing that video and repeating yourself, even though the reason for my appeal was not to dispute the charges it was to try and lesson the impact on my life by reducing my sentence due to circumstances that you wouldn't even know because every time I spoke you kept showing me that 20 or so seconds of a 2 hour ordeal because you did not want to go against the police, you are not a criminal lawyer Mr Chan your a thief and a very sneaky lying individual.thanks for the quick return of half my money.

Please do yourself a favour and seek alternative legal representation.

Mr Chen did nothing but lie and extort me. A minor matter became catastrophic due to Mr Chens complete lack of competence and honest.

I contemplated suicide as a result of Mr Chens advice and it wasn’t until I sought after a second opinion did I finally see the light!

AVOID AT ALL COST

Michael Cunningham represented my son in a children’s court matter. He acted professionally and courteous all the time. We were given clear instructions and nothing was too much for Michael. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation.

Ruth Fathers from this office is a total professional she was able to release me from prison after already being incarcerated all week and fully expecting to serve at least a short sharp sentence, I was able to make it to my daughter's graduation from childcare that night and I won't miss her first day of school.

When I was in court feeling the pressure and trying to explain my innocence, my interpreter friend and Yang happened to be working in court. They happened to be friends, and Yang took the initiative to care about me, explaining the regulations, procedures, and all the trial possibilities that the judge might give me. Mr Yang guided me and offered to ask if he could be on the dock to explain to the judge on my behalf, and indeed the judge quickly dismissed the case!
