Paul Sadler Swimland Rowville reviews
37As an ex swim teacher and coach of 12 years I have nothing but positive feedback for Paul Sadler, the swim lesson structure and the facilities. I had the pleasure of bringing my granddaughter Murphy to swim lessons every Friday and have nothing but praise for Darcy who was always patient and amazing with her. Her progress has been nothing but amazing. Thank you x
The teachers are so patient and beautiful with the kids. My son had a few days where he wouldn't get into the pool and just cried. But the teachers did everything to make him feel comfortable and he eventually got in and had a good lesson.
We really love coming here! The staff are amazing:)
Absolutely amazing swim school. Heidi is such a great swim teacher, she is very clear with her instructions and very good with the kids in her classes. My daughter never stops talking about how much she loves swimming in her classes
My daughter loves this swimming school from her 1st class. She always finishes class happily.
Warm water, nice patient and professional teachers, fun & interactive programs, easy to arrange make up lessons. All the staff&teachers are so friendly and positive, really great culture here.
Highly recommended.
We were thrilled to enroll our son in his very first swimming lesson, but faced various hurdles in convincing him to take the plunge. It's worth noting that Bri and Kara's dedication, patience, and creative strategies truly paid off. After several weeks of hard work, they successfully guided him into the water, earning our appreciation for their exceptional efforts.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the swim school teacher and reception staff. The level of service they provided was truly excellent. The swim school teacher was not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They created a positive and safe learning environment, which made tue little ones swimming lessons enjoyable and effective.
The reception staff were equally impressive. They were always friendly, organized, and attentive to every detail. They made the registration process smooth and hassle-free, and their willingness to accommodate my schedule was greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this swim school to anyone looking for top-notch instruction and customer care.
Our kids are super happy and settled and learning each week. Their teacher is really fantastic at talking them through anxieties, especially with new skills, and working with them to get to where they need to be
Fantastic place for children to learn to swim, all the staff are very professional, caring and make the learning space welcoming. Highly recommend.
Friendly and well run swim school. Would be nicer to have more comfy chairs for the parents.
The best swimming school ️ Teachers are highly professional, dedicated and engage kids in the activities. My daughter absolutely loves her lessons and feels great in the water, her skills are constantly progressing and she comes to every class with a big smile. The booking system is seamless and there is lots of flexibility with make up classes and available classes.
Highly recommend for your kids swimming journey! Staff are all expert and get your kids the results
Highly recommend Paul Sadler in Rowville. I love their free program for 4-5 month old babies, a really good opportunity to see if my daughter enjoys swimming. She’s been there for 5 months now and absolutely loves it! One of her favourite activities to do during the week. The teachers there are really friendly, professional and know how to build confidence in little babies
Best swimming class. They can cater the crankiness, screaming little kids afraid of water.
These people are highly money minded, accept kids more than they can handle, when level up placed in waiting list for months and months until another child move out and forced to be in the same class, no chance for the child to learn new technics and no way to progress. Serious compromise on Quality!
I won’t recommend this place!
Just hang up the call from the receptinist lady. To be fair not a nice lady.impolite.and customer facing - role is not a type for this lady is. I wish I can remeber your name. Thank you so much to make a first impression really unplesant. To be honest I was really looking forward to go to do the lesson. But I trust the frist imperssion is quite important and I could not found one with the recetionist here.
We love Paul Sadler's Swimland. All 3 boys have or are swimming here and the staff are always super and really help the boys with their swimming.
Could not speak more highly of Paul Sadler! The program is great, all the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They provide weekly updates for your childs progress which you can follow in the app. Absolutely 5/5 stars!
My 19 month old baby went there around 2 months, and 2 weeks ago he had moved lesson with another teacher. In mat exercise time when our distance with teacher max 1.5-2 m, and I was ahead her, suddenly I had strong leg cramps and fallen under water and baby with me. Baby under water and teacher not tried to take baby from water. I difficulty start to move a leg and all time try to push baby out of water and tried go to near wall. After that the parent from waiting area comes near wall and take baby from water and help me. When I was out of water the teacher from another section comes and interested what’s happened, but our teacher done nothing, no any movement to take a baby, no any word’s, seems we was not there. Me and my baby was in shock. After my complain manager call me and suggest 4 personal lessons for resolve the problem, but nothing can’t change the fillings that I had under water to try push out my baby. I hope no any parents will have that fillings. I never go back and never put my baby safety under risk.
I used to go here when I was in primary school. It was a great way for me to get exercise but sometimes I would refuse to want to go. It was either really fun or really bad. Some of the staff were nice, but some would choose carefully who they'd pick as their favourite student/child (not all instructors did this, but a lot of the ones I got had a favouritism problem). I stopped attending after a couple of years after I got to Red Squad.
For me, even though I was there for 5-6 years (or even more, I can't remember), I never got used to the strong chlorine smell. It gave me severe headaches, and the loud screams of cheering and talking of adults probably contributed to that. There is also a very distinct echo (which is understandable since the building is absolutely tiny). I haven't been there in 4 or so years, but if you guys haven't already, I'd invest in some better seating areas. Lastly, it was a bit dirty and sometimes really disgusting to walk bare-feet on. There was always some type of chlorine-soaked food I managed to step in when heading for the change rooms, and there was a huge bull ant problem.
Other than the negatives (which are mostly my opinion), I do have wonderful memories of attending Paul Saddler with my closest best friends. It is a wonderful place to allow your child to learn how to swim.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Paul Sadler Rowville.
All the staff are really happy, friendly and also go above and beyond to help.
My eldest has been a member for the last few years and she is a excellent swimmer now and full of confidence. My middle child has just started and he counts down the days for his swimming lesson!
The swimming teachers are fabulous and interact with the kids. They make the classes fun whilst still learning how to swim. We really love the place.
