31 This lovely cafe is my regular coffee stop in Patterson Lakes.
Run by a delightful Vietnamese family that try, and succeed, to provide excellent service of great coffee and quality food at very reasonable prices.
Warm in winter and cool in summer, this little cafe is extremely popular with locals.
My partner and I went here to have a Pho, unfortunately it was terrible, the broth was overdone with cinnamon and cloves and the meat was chewy. Hate to say it but it was such a let down and to top it off its overpriced compared to good pho places.
Great little local cafe, always busy with the local community. Service is quick and the staff here are very friendly. Usually drop in for breakfast which is reasonably priced and servings are well portioned, scrambled eggs usually on 2 slices of multigrain toast with bacon for $11 good value for money.worth a visit if your looking for a quick no fuss breakfast
Had the broken rice and a chocolate milkshake. Good serving size and the pork chop was delicious. Great little Vietnamese cafe and the pork rolls are also delicious here. The broken rice was missing a few traditional items but still tasty without having to travel to Springvale.
Freshest bread I have found and prices beat the supermarkets hands down. I live in Hoppers Crossing but never fail to call in when passing for work.
Very happy to be served when it was raining and windy and cold and 4: 50 on a Saturday afternoon. Good service, with a smile, and the coffee and tea went down a treat
Best coffee ever. It's my coffee go to and gives me the best start to the day. Family business with staff who are friendly and get to know you. They also have some delicious home cooked Vietnamese specialties.
Consistently good coffee and friendly staff. I have had a few work meetings over coffee here as I know it will be decent.
One of our favourite local cafes. The coffee is gorgeous and such care goes into making it. Beautiful food and delightful staff make Patterson Place Cafe one of the best in Pattetson Lakes.
These guys make an awesome coffee! Friendly service and the best Vitnamese in the area. The lemongrass beef is a real standout. Highly recommended
