Patterson Lakes World of Learning

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found World of Learning for our children, especially after a negative experience with another childcare. Our son loved it here and quickly felt at ease, despite initially facing some language barriers. The staff showed a lot of patience and support during his transition. Our daughter is also thriving and has a great time here.
The entire team at World of Learning is exceptionally caring and lovely. We are very grateful to everyone, with special thanks to Bridget, Jenny, Jamie, Emma, and Sarah for their outstanding care and support for our family.

Choosing a daycare for my daughter was tough, not knowing where to choose when there is so many out there was a confusing time! But from the moment I walked into the tour at world of learning and saw how personalised and welcoming the centre was to us it made me feel straight at home. We had organised play dates and I was able to watch my daughter settle in before she even started! It was an amazing feeling knowing this centre cared for her before we even finalised enrolment.
Since starting I get updates throughout the day of what she has been fed, nappy changes ect and photos which has helped so much in the transition of myself not being her full time carer anymore. I still feel as though I am beside her on this new journey!
The communication between staff and any questions I have had has been amazing.
Couldn’t recommend Patterson lakes world of learning enough, it may be a smaller centre compared to others but with this comes a lot more knowledge and care for the families that attend! Absolutely love it

My son has been attending WOL for almost 3 years and has transitioned through most of the different rooms and we have always been so happy with the care and attention from all of the Educators. They know my son well and communicate with us around his needs and development.
He is thriving in the kinder room and that is all thanks to the hard work of the Educators and management. Thank you to Adam the chef for the great meals as it is reassuring to know that he is well looked after in all aspects of his education, health and safety.

We feel so reassured and comfortable with our kids at Patterson lakes world of learning. The staff are our second family and care for our kids beautifully. We wouldnt have them anywhere else. Thank you to Bridget and the team!

We have been at WOL for over 2 years and very happy with this centre! Educators and staff are kind, attentive and friendly. Childten are offered a variety of learning activities while also having plenty of play opportunity. Can't fault this centre. Thank you to the team

From the first time meeting Bridget when we walked through the centre until now, we have felt very comfortable and cared for.
The communication from both centre management and the caring educators has been exceptional. The educators have sent us photos and observations from day one, so we can see what is happening during the day. Really puts your mind at ease, knowing your child is happy and engaged in play with the other children.
We love that the educators make time at the end of each day to briefly talk about how the day went, and if there are any concerns or questions.

The menu gives the children nutricious variety. It's the best we have seen so far in comparison to other centres.

We are very happy so far, and look forward to seeing our child making more friends, and further develop her emotional and social skills in this environment.

World Of Learning have been absoloutley amazing for my son. If we had not moved away he would d still be there, we even tried to make it work for 5months before we reluctantly left.
The staff are so helpful and supportive, giving you documentation and help with anything you need. They care for your kids like they are their own and have a real family feel to the centre.
I recommend them to everyone and anyone!

The staff at Patterson Lakes World of Learning are nothing short of amazing! My son is looked after incredibly well and enjoys daycare. The staff all know what he has been up to each day and are able to provide information whenever requested without having to ask another person. The communication via the app and email each day is wonderful. Receiving a summary every day of what your child has eaten, what time the slept and when they had their nappy changes helps immensely! The communication is better than any "book" that other centres use. The facilities are great but most importantly the staff actually care about your child.

Both my children attend this centre and we have experienced nothing but great service from the whole team. My daughter loves attending "school" and enjoys her educators who acknowledge her interests and focus on the things she likes to do and encourage other activities as well. I have great trust in the team that both my children are well cared for and that their needs are meet as they grow and develop.

Our son has been going to World of Learning for almost 2 years and he loves it! We are so happy that we've found somewhere that we feel comfortable taking him and he that he absolutely loves going to!

I have nothing but good things to say about Patterson Lakes World of Learning. My son is very shy and has a bit of trouble when it is time to say goodbye to mummy. All the staff here identified that straight away and always make such an effort to welcome him to play every single time I drop him off. He now asks to go even on days he is not booked in. All the staff are great, but especially David, whom my son talks about as one of his "best friends. " I have no doubt that my son is looked after here just as well as he would be when he is at home with me.

I have only great things to say about World of Learning, Patterson Lakes. As most people, we were anxious about putting our little one in daycare for the first time at 7 months old. The staff put all our worries at ease and are always so friendly and welcoming. They have great communication skills and we always feel in the know of how our little ones day has been. I have recommended them to a number of friends

My two children attend Patterson Lakes World of Learning and have done so since they were 4 months old. The staff do an amazing job to ensure the children are settled and learning on a day to day basis. I really enjoy reading about their day and seeing my children smile everyday they attend. Staff are great, food supplied is fantastic, the learning and development is occuring and my children are safe and having fun. Can not recommend or thank them enough.

My daughter has been attending for over 2 years now and enjoys her time there so much. Claire, Belle and the whole team are such a lovely and trusting group of people who genuinely care about the happiness and development of any child in their care. It's wonderful to see how excited my daughter is to go and see everyone everyday!
