Brought my vehicle for service 9.30 in the morning and got it back 5 in the afternoon! Whole day! And just noticed they forgot to record and stamp the service book. Now I have to come back another day to get the book stamped! Disappointed!

Recently bought a Prado from Patterson Cheney. Really impressed with the quality and speed of service! The whole process was very professionally handled. Ajmal was very helpful with the sales and Robert Sultana from Finance made the process of securing finance so pleasant. Robert is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took time to understand my needs and came up with multiple options and suggestions.

I highly recommend this dealership as a whole and Robert in particular for any finance requirements.

We got the call our new car had arrived at the dealership. Robert Sultana in Finance was so helpful and efficient in getting our finance through. Got the car insurance sorted too. Highly recommend him for your finance needs. Thank you Rob. Dilith was amazing in making sure the pick up of our car was special. Explained everything to us. Even messaged us to make sure we got home ok. Thank you Dilith and thank you to Jamie and Amanda for making sure we were kept updated with our new Rav4. Very poor customer service. We ordered a Kluger Grande (Hybrid) 3 months ago with a promise that the car will be delivered in November 2022. However, just day before it was due we were told that the car was never manufactured and will be delayed by up to 8 months. The store manager was rude to my wife and instead of accepting their mistake, he said it was our fault that we did not factor the risk of delays. This is despite us being provided assurances on three separate occasions that the care was going to be delivered in November 2022.
Finally, Toyota headoffice stated that the dealership are able to provide a replacement vehicle but the dealership said Toyota headoffice are not correct. What a sham!

My mum purchased her new car through Dennis.
Never did I expect the above and beyond service that Dennis provided.
With delays of her car through no fault of Toyota, Dennis offered to assist my mum in his own time to ensure she got her car without any hassle.
Dennis truely shows he loves his job and is not just their for a paycheck

An excellent Toyota dealership! You don't have to wait around for someone to serve you, especially with servicing, and they act fast. There is a comfortable waiting area with beverages while you wait. You certainly pay more for a Toyota servicing but its well worth it when they do their best to take care of you. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Charge $80 over the price we were quoted when we booked the job in.no extra work done.claimed the price toyota gives on there website services only apply if you make a booking online which isnt true and nowhere on the site dose it say there price is for online bookings. When we booked the job in there quote matched toyota's website. This Dishonest behavour left me feeling like i cant trust this service manager to not tac on extra charges and to take advange.

The whole process of purchasing my car was made so easy. Had gone to another dealership before, and was basically ignored by the staff. Almost turned me off getting a Toyota. At Patterson Cheney, the whole team was friendly and welcoming. They maintained contact throughout the whole process, promptly answering all my questions. I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking into buying a Toyota. Thanks team for such a great experience!

This is my first ever bad review! I don't like to leave bad comments but sometimes if you don't then nothing will change. The customer service is just poor. Chloe, one of the staff was rude to me when I wanted a simple change made to the invoice - claimed she couldn't do it. My partner had booked the car service for me and all I asked was for the customer details to be changed to my name. Eventually she did change the name (after rudely telling my partner I also gave her an incorrect mobile number), which took her about 30 seconds. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but every customer counts. I won't come back again and don't recommend this place with staff member who don't listen to their clients and don't care about the business.
