I can not recommend Paton’s enough. I took my wedding ring to the team at Paton’s after it was ruined by another large chain jewellery store. The team went above and beyond to not only get my ring back to a close to the original look as possible but also went out of their way with the added customer service they offered.

Brett is the best sales person ever. We walked in and didn't buy anything and this guy was super cool told us very nicely that come anytime and I'll be there for you. We ended up buying Maserati watch only because of him.

Horrible service! Over the phone was told one price for a resize then once I dropped it off to the same person got told the price will cost more. They said they will call but you have to call them instead. Also lied about pricing for a repair form two different guys from the store. When I was in the store was told a price then other guy when I had to called back a-week later to find out why I haven't received a call back said it was going to cost over double the price. Disgusted, It was all about the cash! Took the ring to (Melbourne Masters Jewellers Broadmeadows) the repair was a lot less than half the price. The resize of my other ring was also the same. VERY HAPPY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've had an old antique clock that needed work and I've been dealing with Ray. I cannot speak too highly of the effort and time Ray has spent on this clock. Nothing has been too much trouble and the courtesy and friendliness is something that's quite rare these days. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment and will be using their services again.

Service is outstanding, always helpful and prepared to answer questions. Have been there and brought a couple of times and found there prices to be good for the quality of there products. Will return.
