In my 100% true honest opinion Patel Paan is the best paan parlour in Australia and Patel Paan deserves all my praise. I would definitely recommend everyone to check this place out.

Awesome taste of freshly made juicy Paan available in various flavours. The staff is engaging and the ambience is great too but cash only was a surprise.

If you want to catch covid you should go here. A small space packed with people. Called to pre-order a rabri jalebi and was told that i won’t have to wait and so i came in and ordered. I waited in there for almost 30 mins for my food. Service was terrible, girl at registered started arguing with me rather than trying to understand what i’m trying to say. The Rabri Jalebi was not worth it either. Would not recommend!

Very disrespectful staff have no sense to talk i was not having cash i told to pay via bank her reply was in *rude manner *u know we take cash y cant u bring she have no sense how to talk with customers. Never gonna come here.

The guy touches all the cash and coins etc then makes the paan without washing hands.

Please step up the cleanliness of the staff then i will come back.

Dodgy financial practices. Ask to pay in cash forcing you to withdraw from their atm machine and pay $2 withdrawal fee. Foods not even authentic. Watch out for fake reviews too!

Okey for taste however not happy for payment method…. Cash! Feels alike business needs to do right practice like other food services have. Electronic payment method too!

Amazing experience with Indian feeling in Truganina.
Good number of options of paan available and specially their freshly made paans are awesome.
Tea, coffee, soda, ice cream options are there too.
Surrounded by good Indian restaurants so definitely consider to go for short walk to eat paan or ice-cream after having dinner.
Only recommendation would be having eftpos machine. (PAYID option still there though)
Overall would recommend to everyone to visit and will go there again and again.
