Excellent service and friendly staff, I was served by Olivia and she was very nice and helpful. Overall a very joyful atmosphere and family feeling store!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Pasta Al Dente, and unfortunately my experience left much to be desired, from the stale and hard ciabatta rolls to the terrible prepared pizza, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food.

Firstly the ciabatta rolls were far from fresh, they were noticeably stale and hard, lacking the softness and freshness that one would expect from a reputable business. It was evident that these rolls had been sitting out for quite some time, resulting in a disappointing start to my meal.

As for the pizza, it was nothing short of a disaster, the crust was burnt to a crisp, making it nearly inedible, the toppings were poorly distributed, with some areas overloaded while others were left bare. The overall taste was bland and unappetising, leaving me with a regretful feeling for choosing this dish.

The service at Pasta Al Dente was lacklustre, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, it is crucial for a grocery/cafe to provide not only good food but also excellent customer service and unfortunately, they fell short in both aspects.

Fantastic variety of grocery items, & also plenty of ready made pastas & pizzas to take home & cook. The in store wood fired pizzas for $7 are a highlight.

Cafe inside aswell as area to shop. Fresh bread, sandwiches, sweets, wood oven pizza and hot food! Friendly staff and quick service. Will be back with group of co-workers very soon!

Ordered 2 trays (one veg & one meat) of lasagna for lunch today for large family gathering. We were surprised that 70% wasn't eaten, until we tasted it and found it wasn't editable. So so salty and mushy, no resemblance to any form of lasagna. We threw it away. You have lost business from our whole family and friends. No quality control.

Any sort of pasta is available.
Arancini, cold meats are all available.

A lot of items made & baked in house, a good variety of deli items, hot food to go & an abundance of produce at the same great prices.

Come here for the ready meals. So convenient to take to work, and great price compared to supermarkets (and much nicer). Pizzas are also great. As mentioned previously, customer service could be better

All i can say is WOW and not in a good way, i cant believe how RUDE the women are in this shop, its disgraceful, they need to take some customer service skills from the young workers behind the hot food section. I have never experienced this sort of customer service anywhere.if you are in a bad mood, STAY AWAY FROM BEHIND THE COUNTERS OR the shop all together.

Very busy on a Saturday. Really surprised by the amount of variety. Not just pasta. Lots of deli items.

Bread and pizza is amazing! Service staff is very rude. Always in a bad mood and want you gone.

Don't be fooled by the appearance, this is a great place to get awesome food, be it the wood fire pizzas or pasta or anything from the deli

Love going here for my pasta supplies as well as my bread. Their pizzas are simple and tasty and really well priced. Also great choices of antipasti items and cheeses.

Bought gnocchi from here. It was as hard as a rock and not worth the price. Bought some other items too and wasn’t impressed. Won’t be rushing back.

Went to buy some fetta at $17.99 per kilo - got home, checked the packet, and found that I had been charged for green olives at $25.99 per kilo. This was only a few dollars - but still.

Be attracted by price and repelled by quality.
Pasta and pizza products: hardly any fillings, lots of salt. Supermarkets sell better ravioli.
