Just had my first of three kinesiology appointments with Belinda and can’t wait to head back in. The peace and comfort I felt when I first arrived was incredible, but nothing compared to the strength and power I left with. Years of anxiety seems to finally be getting under control, and I cannot recommend her enough.

My kinesiology sessions with Belinda have been extremely valuable and possibly life changing. She is down to earth, humble, honest, listens intently and works with an aim to help and make a positive difference. After trialing many methods of healing trauma, I have finally found my person! I have and will continue to recommend this amazing lady everywhere I go!

As soon as I walked into Belinda’s studio I felt instantly calm. For 2 weeks leading up to our appointment I hadn’t been sleeping more than 4 hours a night and I was so exhausted and frustrated. After our first appointment I slept a fall nights sleep. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help with reducing anxiety, sleeping better and clearing subconscious self beliefs. She is also such a lovely and kind person and uses the most amazing smelling essential oils!
