I am always amazed at how much information Belinda can glean from my body, the way in which she interprets it and how much it resonates with what is or has happened with me. I always feel lighter, more in control and deeply nourished after my appointment. I could not recommend Belinda highly enough.

I am so grateful to Belinda for creating a safe space where I could work on my boundaries, and identify and honour my feelings. We also had a couples session with my partner that was so helpful to our relationship. I had not done this style of somatic therapy before and found it really effective in it's approach. Belinda was so skilled at identifying the core beliefs that were holding our relationship back, working on them, and helping us re-connect.

Belinda has been helping me clear out some negative thinking patterns that no longer serve me, She's extremely intuitive about what I'm feeling and what I'm needing in each session.

She is so grounded in the wisdom of what she offers and is extremely tuned in to the subtle messages of the body.
