I keep giving this cafe a go thinking maybe they’re having a bad day. I’m not a local but come to Point Lonsdale a lot. Over the years this cafe has consistently been a terrible experience. Today I went to grab some coffees for a walk and when I asked for 2 medium coffees I was told “We only do one size here”. Fair enough but don’t say it like I’m a moron. Honestly it doesn’t take much to be kind. So grumpy and rude it’s actually quite unbelievable. After our walk we grabbed another coffee from up a bit further and wow! Lovely service, lovely people and much better coffee! Never again Pasquini!

Just wanted to acknowledge this cafe for the way they dealt with a situation. We informed the manager of something that had happened and the way it was so genuinely dealt with was highly appreciated. Both the manager and staff member conducted themselves so professionally and both went out of their way to resolve what had happened.
It’s clear they have an awareness and appreciation for the fun, busy and family culture of Point Lonsdale. Coffee also 10/10!

Only serve one size coffee, that is a small cup, if you are thirsty you pay through the nose as have to purchase a second small cup. They should have mugs available as well.

Very bad experience with an old man, who makes coffee. I am fully pregnant and visited the beach as a stress buster. Then we planned to have a lovely lunch from one of the beach sides cafe. Accidentally, I locked myself in toilet while using the loo. Idk exactly what happened but I tried to turn the knob in all directions and pulled the handle, but I couldn’t open it. Maybe it’s my fault and baby brain playing. But, all of a sudden, I felt dizzy and tachycardic in that small toilet. Toilet was situated in an isolated area. So I banged the door and yelled for help, assuming someone can help me before I pass out. This old barista came and opened the handle from outside easily and talked very offensively that i shouldn’t bang the door unnecessarily. I tried to explain and apologise and thank him with a smile but he didn’t even listen and walked away yelling that I should know how to use the handle to open the door, as if I don’t know that. I wished he should ve seen my stage and at least be a little bit empathetic. The other girl who stood near to him seems to be nice, and I was looking hopefully to her eyes to get some warmth because I was so panicked and embarrassed but she had a non bothering look on all these issues. Maybe she’s scared of this man, not sure owner. Food was below average too.

Great coffee and plenty of space for a large group. With that being said I don't understand why they charge an extra $1.50 per pastry/ toastie if you choose to eat in.

Had the most amazing dinner. Fabulous service and friendly staff. Very attentive and well priced. Beautiful seafood, best meal and dining experience in point Lonsdale region by far (and have been coming to the region for 20+ years).

I can’t get enough of Pasquinis! Been loving Friday nights pizzas! Jack makes wicked tortilla. Rick, Ned and Mark are gorgeous people;) we have and take our food across the road and look at the frontbeach or take it to the playground so the kidles can blow off some energy! Worth braving the tourists in summer to get our lunch! Loyal local customers

Can thoroughly recommend Pasquinis, a frequent favourite for me and my partner and many locals (that should tell you something!). Visited here many times, great coffee, great food, friendly service.beautiful views of the ocean across the road.outside tables.frequently packed out though.but they seem to always fit one or two more people in even if it's busy.

For the first time I didn't have to explain what espresso means. Really good espresso ️ and friendly barista.

I had coffee and lunch at Pasquinis recently. The service food and coffee were excellent. They catered for my special dietary needs with no problems. The barista (I think his name was Paul) was probably one of the most kindest people I’ve ever met. Hopefully in the future they can make pupachinos so l can have a coffee with my best friend Mauler. Keep up the good work.

Always love having a walk along the water and then stopping in and having a coffee or a bite to eat! Lovely staff and fantastic coffee!

Coffee comes in 1 size. U get a small coffee for a price of a large. That and a small sliver of caramel slice was $11. People can say things like.what do you expect, you're paying for location etc etc. But no, not good enough. Don't say coffee comes in only one size and give you the smallest takeaway cup known to mankind and charge 2 gold bullions for hot milk with a shot of coffee.

I had theJumbo breakfast and it was fantastic. Very nice products and very tasty. Excellent coffee as well. The staff were super friendly even if it was a busy day. I highly recommend this place

The food and coffee was fine but they may want to put up a sign or have a staff presence to say dogs aren't allowed in the decked area.

We had to wait until the end of our meal before being rudely told off by the owner despite us just preparing to leave. No other staff mentioned anything whilst being served otherwise we would have happily moved.

I can now understand the other poor reviews.

This small business has good coffee, great hot chocolates and sausage rolls and pies. Very tasty and delicious. The staff are attentive and courteous.

Overpriced, even for the west coast with underwhelming food. Find somewhere else next time.

After a lovely Easter staying in Queenscliff we thought we’d call in to Pt Lonsdale for lunch on the way home. Like a lot of people, we want to help businesses that struggled during lockdowns. We should've packed a sandwich instead.
I had the worst ‘dining’ experience I’ve ever had at Pasquinis. We tried to go into the restaurant section but were told to go next door to their takeaway section instead as it would take too long to be served in the ‘restaurant’. Not what we wanted, but okay.
We sat down at an outside table near the kerb. We (four adults), each had a drink from Pasquinis and three of us were also eating food we’d bought there. My husband had a craving for chips (which Pasquinis didn’t sell) and went next door to get some. We’d been there for about 10 minutes eating our lunch when a REALLY angry man, the same one who’d told us not to bother with the restaurant, came over and started very loudly and rudely telling us that we could not eat food from another venue there. I pointed out that 7 of the 8 things being consumed had been bought at Pasquinis. He became furious, spat out some more abuse, but left us. A few minutes later he came back and launched into what I can only describe as a verbal assault. It was unbelievable.
It was a horrible way to end our holiday. If this is how local tourists are treated, I can only imagine how overseas travellers must feel. After reading reviews of this café on several sites I realise that we are not alone in being treated appallingly. It's painful to have to give them one star.

Awesome coffee. Food very good, but keep in mind it’s a monopoly that prices accordingly. Attitude comes free! Put it down to an inexperienced crew.

I don’t know. A bad vibe goes with the crew though. If you don’t enjoy your job do something else (?)

Friendly and accommodating service that catered well serving Patrons in dining room next door to main preparation area. Menu understandably limited but reasonably priced. Salad could have been fresher but Coffee good.
