I have been on the hunt for well-seasoned, cooked to perfection, juicy and smokey charcoal chicken from suburbs to suburbs and I am pleased to say have that I've found my go-to for Charcoal Chicken! I don't even live around the area but will drive my way there says it all! Give it a go, you won't regret it!

My experience of this place was great the food is fresh especially the salads and the chips are crispy. The portions are generous and they have never disappointed. Hsp is a great add in to the menu.

The serve of scallop potatoes tasted like left overs from the previous tray. Instead they should have served from the tray on display

If I had to pick a last meal before walking the Green Mile, it would be Pasedena Charcoal Chicken. Best Chicken and chips around.

Ordered though Uber eats. Ordered Schnitzel with large chips and received Schnitzelwith veggies and gravy instead as well as soggy apple? Fritters instead of pineapple fritters

Amazing food everytime! Whether I go in or order through a delivery service the food is always fresh and quick turn around. I tried this restaurant as the one near me wasn’t that good, this one is further away but I always make the trip! Chips perfect, chicken perfect, gravy is good (sometimes not as good as other times, but still amazing), I also order the escalope potatoes which are also perfect! Will continue to order from here.

I ordered via Uber eats and they did not put in the chips with my small chips and gravy. When I called they admitted it was their mistake and I was offered a voucher for next time or to pick up the small chips if I leave a good review. I don’t appreciate being manipulated or bribed into leaving a good review when the restaurant made a mistake. Would not order from here again.

Friendly staff and great souvlakis, chips are full of flavour like you should get from a good Charcol Chicken. Highly recommend!

Had Pasadena charcoal chicken for lunch just an hour ago. Awesome chips and gravy and chicken was sensational and smoky. Lady whom served me was polite and prompt as the staff were quick at getting meals out to customers. Awesome.thanku.regards Stevo.

Ordered the Lamb HSP, with hot chilli and garlic sauce and I got time say that this is amazing for $16, you guys are only ones out selling real lamb, not like the other shops that gives processed lamb

Very clean shop and amazing staff. The portion size is massive and the prices considerably cheap compared to other shops. The quality of the food is really good! Next time will definitely get some salad, stuff the woollies salad!
