I am very disappointed! This is a dreadful experience to us! Because the security was very rude to me. I don’t know they do not accept passports anymore before a month ago. I am just didn’t take my passport here, Not an criminal! I don’t know why the secrity so rude! When we going to leave, he let us in, good job! Today is my friend’s birthday. Thank you ruin my day!

Dunno what’s with the receptionist’ attitude. Not only did she take forever to pick up the phone, but also had the worst attitude ever. Won’t be going back.

Receptionist is playing with her phone without even noticing us standing in front of her, rude attitude not attentive. It was my favorite place for karaoke. Will definitely pay for it if there’s an option for “service”. 70 bucks for just entrance for an hour and drinks or stuff will be extra cost if needed.

Be careful if you visit.

Staff were attentive but not friendly. We went there on a freezing Melbourne night and the temperature inside was colder than outside because they had their aircon on full blast. Upon multiple requests they still wouldn't do anything about it and very much completely ignored our request. Equipment is a big outdated vs Kbox. You're stationed to the only song selection 'machine' in the room and not ideal when you have large group of people.

Worst ktv experience ever. Securities was keeping checking on us throughout the time. And told us we have to sit upright on the couch. We can’t even lay down on the couch.
Never ever come to this karaoke if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a prison.

The mobile app for remote control was not functioning in my recent two visits, which really downgraded the experience a lot especially when you have a big group. Staff were also very inattentive, not answering to service bell on multiple occasions. It is probably still the best place for karaoke in the CBD but it is deteriorating.

Extremely poor service. We arrive at 18: 42 for a booking at 18: 45 and we are asked to exit the premises. Not wait at the lounge. The alcohol is overrated and greatly watered down. Wouldn't recommend.
