Located inside the Big W store, the team in the party area are always friendly and helpful.
There is a wide variety of balloons available, and the range is constantly updating, when I was in the other day I saw they had some cute summer ranges out for sale. When talking to the team about their ranges they were excited about the new ranges.
Balloon wise, you can get big numbers and letters, characters of every description and they've got the widest range of happy birthday balloons I've seen in the cbd. Helium prices are cheaper than other places too.
