This is a great one-stop-shop for everything I needed for an event. There is a vast array of products and everything was easy to find. The owner Mookey is a delight and was so helpful. It's nice to shop somewhere where they care

Absolutely fantastic shop with plenty of options for costumes, small gifts, greeting cards, party accessories and of course - the balloons! Really top quality balloons - they last for a very long time. My kid's 5th birthday balloon is still floating after 2 months! The owner and the team members are super nice and kind. My kids love going back every time. This is by far my preferred party shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Purchased gift bags + cards. The owner flat out charged me double the price.ripped me off completely when i advised the amount was incorrect he argued back then appoligised after i sternly told him what the correct amount should be. He gave me a refund and the refund amount was still incorrect. The owner will do anything to scam customers and make a few extra bucks hoping customers wont notice. Shocking experience ill NEVER go back.save your money and shop somewhere else!

Excellent customer service.the owner and the young gentlemen who work there.the boss is very king hearted.when i came to return some products which i dont want.they took it without any questions.
They stop all their works for customer service.

Excellent customer service. I just bought some party items, nothing major but regardless, guys who were in the shop stopped all they were doing (one guy even put a call on hold) to assist me. I didn’t expect that, wasn’t in a rush at all, but wasn’t that nice? ! 10 Stars

Really poor customer service. Gave me a quote for some special balloons, then when we came pick them up, they were suddenly twice as expensive and claimed he never gave the previous quote. Would not recommend them.

Don’t shop here. Purchased 2 expensive large helium balloons for a party and one of them didn’t even last 1 hour before deflating entirely. It didn’t even make the party time. Returned to the store expecting fair and reasonable service, a replacement or refund and got rudely and abruptly dismissed by the owner. Shonky products and unacceptable lack of customer service. There are plenty of other good party stores in the area. Take your money elsewhere!

This guy is a fraudulent. He adds extra and because it is only $2-3 buck it is hard to challenge. He did it to a struggling mum with a couple of kids before me so I watched him and he overcharged me too. What a scam

Pretty bad experience. They say that they open till 6 on thurdsays but shop was closed well before 6.

Org (last min) balloons for my wife's and sons birthday, staff were friendly and Good service. A Bit pricey but everyone was happy.

Terrible Customer service from the big bauld guy behind the counter.
Paid cash and tried to rip me off with change on a few occasions.
He's a fraud and Always Make sure you check your receipt before leaving as you will be charged with a few extras he likes to ring into the cash register. Worst experience ever

Inferior product and poor customer service
Got few inflated (helium) balloons from party bazaar and I was told that it will last for at least 12 hours. In the matter of an hour 3 balloons just popped-up for no reason and one of it started losing air. I went back to the store thinking something can be done about it but to my surprise the staff was rude to his perfection and blamed me for the situation, also, he gave an utterly non-sense response (there may be some hole somewhere) for the balloon about to lose the last volume of air and pressed hard for it to pop-up. I was very disappointed and decided to just walk away to never return to this store.

I have only ever had good experiences with Party Bazaar. A great range of products, very competitive pricing and professional service. Highly recommended!
