Luckily for me, Tina, the new owner made it feel easy this time. She was able to give me good advice on products that I needed. Staff were also very helpful. So close to Melbourne CBD wide variety & extremely helpful with setting up an online account

I placed an order online on the 8th of July. I urgently needed stock and therefore also called them directly to hopefully speed up the process. However, I was told that I need to wait for a confirmation via email and only got this 6 days later on the 13/07/2020.

As this was urgent I contacted another supplier who was able to sort out my order and have it delivered within a day.

In any case, today (22/07/2020) Parties and more contacted me directly asking whether I would like to proceed with the order. I politely advised that I went through another supplier due to the urgency and thanked them for following up. In response I received the below:

“Don’t bother ordering from us again”

Very poor customer service and a lack of respect for my situation. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go through this company. Firstly they take forever and an age to get back to you with a simple enquiry and secondly when you find an alternative they are rude and unprofessional with how they conduct themselves.

I was disappointed with the product I ordered. When I tried to address it with them they were rude and aggressive.
I wont be shopping with these guys ever again.
