One of the best pizzas and pastas i’ve had in melbourne, really love their kind service and the servings are very filling.would definitely recommend coming here again!

Have been ordering from here for a while and they have never disappointed. Very lovely over the phone when taking my order and always make sure my food is delivered hot and fresh.

Been coming here for years, these are the best pizzas in the area. Always consistent with what they make, great variety, and their customer service is amazing. They always find ways to make the customer satisfied. Make sure to call early as they do get really busy. Otherwise, a fantastic business and would highly recommend

We ordered pizzas 2 and a half hours ago and still waiting. I’ve tried to ring them on numerous occasions tonight and no answer. I even sent an email. Very disappointed. We have a hungry 3 year old. Atleast let your customers know if you are going to be really late, or planning on delivering our pizzas. Order canceled via PayPal and we are going somewhere else. Parmelia House never again

The food is so tasty, very good customer service, and there are good deals on Tuesday and Wednesday

It's been a while since we have been there it seems to of changed ownership didn't find the pizzas have any flavours not enough topping we had chicken pizzas and Hawaiian very minimal topping disappointed

Being getting pizzas from this place for a long time and they never disappoint. Foods always spot on, and all workers are respectful and verbal good people… 10/10 recommended

This is the place we always get pizza. Pizzas are always good. Staff are friendly.
I rated the service down a bit because I found the pricing is unclear when it comes to optional.
I ordered capricciosa with anchovies everytime but sometimes being charged a dollar extra depending on the person placing an order.
Just a little suggestion to the shop owner. If anchovies is an option for the pizza, it should not be charged. If this is not an option but add on, remove it from the menu to ease the confusion.

Great pizza made with care and quality ingredients. Nice thin base and well cooked. Friendly service too, would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 large pizzas last weekend. Received the order in 25 minutes and the pizzas were delicious. I strongly recommend the vegetarian pizza.

The milk bar has tradies lunch sorted everyday.

Best pizza. My family orders from a bunch of different places but Parmelia always pulls through. They constantly crush the capricosa pizza. There is always anchovies and I am always satisfied. I love this place. Great deals. Will always come back. Only issue is a lack of parking in a small area, but that’s not their fault.

First time I try this place. I was amazed by the taste of the pizza. Price was reasonable. I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely fantastic service i came to get prime and the bloke was a top g and gave me the bottles only thing is each bottle is 15$ each but that’s understandable as of the American conversion

I ordered a bunch of parmas, pizzas, salad and lasagnas for my engagement party, not only was it so affordable, but the food was amazing, exactly how it would be homecooked style. All my guests complimented me on the food. I’d like to thank Joe and the team for being so accommodating and helpfull in organising what was an amazing night.

I come here regularly for the pizza deals when I have guests or the parma deals. Such amazing food and great pricing too. Staff are always lovely which makes the experience nice.

Recently had one of the kebab pizzas and it was fabulous. A beautiful combination of lamb, mint, sauce and a lovely base. Garlic bread was decent. Could have done with a bit more garlic.

For the chicken fungi ravioli and carbonara ravioli I only give 1 star.
Boy that was way too salty.
Yuck.
I'll add some cooking cream and a pinch of sugar to fix it.
Please chef taste it before it goes out.

Pizza’s are not up to the standard of Pizza’s produced by previous management. We have found that there are less Ingredients on our pizzas compared to previously. We asked for a thin base and yes it was thin but taste wise it was again not to our liking as to how it used to be.

Just an average pizza now. I think it’s time to try somewhere else after being regulars here for the past 5 years.
