I will be directing everyone I know who is travelling on the spirit of tasmania to stay here. This place is a hidden gem! Large, exceptionally clean with everything you need. And then you step outside.the gardens are stunning. Treat yourself to a coffee in the morning, sitting under a tree.you're welcome

The house we stayed in was pleasant and clean. It wasn't quite the rooms we expected, but it allowed the whole family to sleep in the same house.

A lovely motel with wonderful customer service and clean well maintained room. What else could one ask for?:)

Wow, very impressed. They may look small but OMG, very very comfortable. The beds are great, housekeeping spotless, hosts are friendly and Australians.

This motel is a gem!
It was a big surprise and felt like taking a trip back in time with its retro look but with modern perks like roaring WiFi.

It's location is in a quit and beautiful neighbourhood but close to town and has plenty of excellent eateries nearby. Even a classic fish and chip shop with prices still stuck in the 80s.

The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming so you'll feel more like you're visiting family than staying in a motel.

Most importantly the beds are so comfortable you'll sleep like a hibernating bear. There's plenty of food options to get delivery so you won't have to get out of bed if that's your agenda.

The pool and bbq area and grassy knoll downstairs is really pretty and all the gardens are well maintained, perfect for families and definatly child friendly.

Without a doubt one of the best places I've stayed in rooms are great service. Even better very warm and friendly place to stay relaxing back garden and pool I know we're I'll be staying the next time I come to Geelong

Staff was very friendly but it was very noisy, loud music, conversations from other rooms, yelling. Didn't sleep well, also didn't know where laundry was

Don't be fooled by outside appearance. The motel is clean and functional without the extravagance as well as being the right price. Good eatery just across the road.

This motel has to have the most accommodating owners (pun intended) you’ll find. Excellent customer service and they really do go the extra yards for their guests.

We Stayed at the Parkwood for 2 weeks the owners couldn’t do enough for us they were pleasant they helped us get around beautiful Geelong nothing was too much trouble, plenty of tea, coffee and a lovely supply of biscuits. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again so close to town, easy to navigate from there. Large Tv got wifi No problems Thanks Katrina and Geoff can’t wait to return to your motel.

I tried to book a room and the person that answered was so rude and ended up hanging up on me so rude and such bad service

All in all good place to stay for a night. The WiFi upstairs though almost doesn't exist. For us this was really crucial, since we were on a road trip and needed to book our next accommodation.

Absolutely beautiful, caring people, room is always spotless, it is always definitely kid friendly and safe, clean yard for kids to play in and adults to sit down and relax:) couldn't ask for a better place to be!

Very clean and well presented rooms for the price you pay. The motel is only a few minutes drive from the centre of geelong's cbd and from gmhba stadium. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a good value for money accommodation in geelong. I will be back.

This place is great. Reception are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. Out the back is a very cute and secluded garden, which is very spacious and has a swimming pool. It is beside a main road, but you can hardly notice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2nights and what a wonderful time we had there, the owners Katrina and Jeff were so lovely and helpful when we asked for certain things, the room, the pool etc was fantastic. We highly recommend this great motel. Thankyou, My Daughter and i will definitely be back
